The walls are quite thin and you could hear the cleaners. However, considering everything else, this was more than acceptable.

The location of the hotel was amazing. It was close to the public transport and in easy distance of most part of the Venice. The room size was more than enough, it was serviced every day without us needing to request any additional things such as soap. The WI-FI was excellent, it was warm and clean. The breakfast was 10 euro per person per day and the scrambeled eggs were awesome!

We apparently forgott a bracelett in the room (after check out) and we left the baggage at the reception for our last days stroll, coming back we saw that they added the bracelett to our baggage, very friendly, reliable of integrity staff!

The amenities such as the fridge and air conditioning were barely functional. The room and bathroom design were impractical, lacking in thoughtful placement of shelves and hooks for convenience. This actually affect almost all hotels. People who design hotel rooms and bathroom don't spend a night there. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with a need for a larger buffet, better quality mayonnaise, and improved coffee. It's advisable to request an espresso instead.

The hotel, a standard 3-star establishment, boasts an advantageous location near the train station, the Grand Canal, and within easy walking distance to various attractions.

There was a little chilly in room.

The hotel is not far from the train station, so it was convenient to leave things after check-out while walking around Venice. At the same time, the hotel is a 30-minute walk from the main tourist spots. Everything was great, there was only one moment I didn't like, but I could have changed it if I had thought about it earlier. The room was quite cool and there were no blankets at all, I think you could increase the temperature in the room and ask the hotel staff for blankets.

When I arrived at the hotel I had booked, they redirected me to another hotel that was also theirs, and without warning! And I had requested a request for a large bed and they confirmed the request, in the end they gave me a single bed which was super uncomfortable.! The bathroom smells bad..!

Cosy small room at the third floor with petite terrace and view to the roofs of Venice. Kind staff and hotel very close to the train station and Piazzale Roma, but also in a quite area with services also for locals. For december, a very good price/quality choice for Venice!

The person who cleaned the room opened the bathroom shutters and left it open and we did not notice on time because of the darkness. When we finally noticed, we already showered and we saw a person looking inside... Also the smell of the toilet spreads into the breakfast area, which was also not nice.

I liked our stay: the beds were nice, it was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

The bed was making strange noises even with very few and short movements. The water in the shower was not hot enough

The location is great. Just a few minutes from the train station and bus station. The staff was good. The bedroom was clean, and the heating system was working really well.

the room was located on the ground floor next to the place where breakfast is served as well as next to a kitchen. quite a lot of noise early in the morning.

The hotel staff was very kind, the room was spacious enough, it was clean. The bed mattress and pillow are firm enough. Considering the period (January), the heating system was good and we had a good temperature in room.

The perice! When compared to general Venice market; it might seem cheaper. But -as everything in Venice- the price is so much more than it deserves

The beds were for which doesn't suit everyone. Could benefit from memory foam pillows. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were undercooked and cold.

Very connected and close to the train station and bus station. Walking distance from Rialto and St. Marco. Was nice that they made us latte macchiato for breakfast when we asked.

No complimentary water, I dont know if this is a thing for European hotels. A water dispenser would be nice or a kettle. It has one at the lobby but by 10pm, the water is already cold.

Hotel was easy to locate and walking distance from the central train station. We liked the toilet as it has a bidet, which is not common in Europe.
