The rooms are not sound proof, the first night we couldn't sleep because of a guest who was calling on the phone till 2 am and we couldn't really figure out which room she was in. We had a room on the first floor with the window on the water side. The boats start early in the morning and they are pretty noisy. We woke up early in the morning with the sound of the boats. The pillows were too tick and hard for me.

Hotel is located close to the bus stops and it is very easy to walk around. There is a supermarket close by. Breakfast was simple but good for us. The people who work at the reception were very friendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was small, simple and clean. We had a shared bathroom and it was also very clean and comfortable.

I did e mail ahead to ask for a kettle and they said they could supply one. So I left my travel one at home. I was mis informed and they don't have one in the building. They did get me hot water but it wasn't kettle hot and I had to bother them.

Location next to a vaporetti and the water. Near to train station and bus station but also everything else. Good size room, shared bathroom with one other room. Breakfast was good.

Room was on 3rd floor and lift was out of order. Really heavy lifting carrying luggages up the stairs. Lack most facilities of a typical air bnb and only suitable for very short stay

Very handy for the bus station. We were able to walk there with our luggage. Simple but comfortable room. On a canal so very easy for water buses. Reasonable breakfast.

The bed was very hard, perfect for me but not comfortable for my wife.

Location to bus/train station. The water bus stop directly outside. The room was basic but perfectly fine as a base to explore Venice. The building, the staff, all great.

Unprofessional behaviour of room cleaners. It was obvious that they hadn't cleaned behind the bed for months.

Great location within walking distance from the main attractions. Very clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception was brilliant especially the girl with long hair. Decent selection of breakfast.

Nothing! It was basic, but for the price it was excellent.

Location was great - 3 mins from Piazzale Roma. Safe to walk to at night and bear vaporetto. Very clean and very friendly.

No elevators so pack light

The room was Clean Friendly and helpful staff , They even packed out breakfast to go even though we had a train to catch before the breakfast time. The hotel is Close to train station and bus station (via people mover)

From the Venezia station, if you have any luggage, you really have to take the Vaporetto going to the hotel. Though it is only 8mins walking distance, the bridge is a stairs-type one so it is really difficult.

Room is clean. Breakfast is good! Very near to Vaporetto (water taxi) station.

The only down side was the beds. They were not comfortable and quite squeaky. I would full heartedly recommend this historic and clean and convenient hotel except for that.

The breakfast was fresh and lots of variety. The location was perfect for parking in the parking garage. The staff was so helpful and pleasant.

Products such as fruits and vegetables were missing at breakfast. In addition, the lift in the hotel works at a very slow pace. There were only 3 electrical sockets in the 3-bedroom, including one next to the entrance door and one in the bathroom. In November, the room was cold due to the lack of a radiator.

The location was the hotel's strongest point - close to the bus station, train station, and the marina. I recommend the hotel for a short stay, preferably without breakfast.

Good location near to the bus and vaporetto terminals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and basic but that's what we wanted. Adequate breakfast - nothing fancy but good enough to keep me going. I'd come here again
