CanadaMy wife left behind a small pouch with a Sports Garmin watch. We called back 3 hrs later and no one could locate the pouch. The cleaning staff had already cleaned the room!! This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a reputable hotel chain. Again, would not want this cleaning staff working for me. Again unacceotable.

ItalyAir conditioner was not working fine, i.e. did not cool the room. It seems only ventilation took place. Alas, with an outside temperature in the range of 30°C even at night, it ruined the 2 nights I spent at the hotel as it was quite difficult to fall asleep - well after 1:00 AM. I advise the hotel management to fix the issue asap.
The hotel is correct / Size of room is all right. Location was ok - I knew it. Staff was very kindly. Room was clean.
