Breakfast was disappointing. Very dark room, but we didn't spend much time in it, so it was ok. There was no fridge in the room.

Excellent location, walking distance from the centre, about 20 min. Friendly staff, free private parking in the yard. Comfortable bed.

The breakfast is atrocious. All store bought plastic packaged baked goods. Juice is disgusting, tastes like lime coo-laid, definitely powdered mix. A filthy OVERPRICED Indian run hotel, no amenities in room, half roll of toilet paper, no hand soap, MOLD IN SHOWER, BED BUGS ate us all night. A sheet shabbily thrown on bed, and beleive it or not, A TOWEL made up the bedding. VERY THIN WALLS AND VERY NOISY. We paid way wsy too much for this filthy dump. 2 nights low season over €360 for far outside city. I strongly recommend you stay somewhere else.

Free parking that obviously wasn't free considering the filthy over priced room.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The 3 main standouts were the staff, who were so kind and friendly, which in a city totally overrun with tourists is amazing, the parking - which makes staying in Florence so much less stressful, and the location - being able to get away from the hoardes and the noise to a green and quiet neighbourhood is a relief.

I loved everything about this place.

Beautiful property within walking distance to food, buses, and sightseeing. The place is gorgeous. We were concerned about parking, but you can park onsite. The hotel has a romantic feel, and the staff is amazing - so kind and accommodating. It feels like you’re staying in an old home, but with complete privacy. The rooms are quiet and the whole place feels welcoming. Across the street is a beautiful park that was an unexpected highlight on our trip (we went to Venice, Rome, Spain, Morocco, and Portugal). One of the pics is a little statue I took at the park across the street. I loved this hotel. ❤️

It was my second time here, this time just for 1 night. This hotel is a great choice, especially if you need parking space. The rooms are spacious, the location is so charming and quiet and the staff is very nice. We ate the best pasta nearby at Trattoria Boboli

Breakfast was a little basic, could do with proper croissants and some sort of hot food like scrambled egg.

Location was great with parking on site. The staff were great, especially the lady on reception. High ceilings with an added mezzanine bedroom. Old world grandeur meets modern quirky space saving.
