Room was lovely and consistently clean over my week long stay. The staff are all lovely and friendly. I felt very safe as a solo traveller here, as there are multiple keys needed to access which adds extra security. Only issue was I couldn’t get the sky to work, and the walls are very thin. So as a light sleeper, I could hear everything. However that’s not a complaint, just something to note :). Overall I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend

The water heater is a bit noisy, seems that it supplies hot water to multiple rooms so it starts every time when someone uses hot water, even the hot tap water. A couple next door was extremely loud at midnight, not observing rules of silenzio of the house.

Roberto was really kind allowing me to check-in early to my room, understanding that i have a meeting to go to at noon. The room was cleaned everyday. The bed is comfortable though small. Location is simply perfect, in the heart of Rome, easy to get around with plenty of eateries and shops.

Had an excellent stay. The neighbourhood was fantastic - very safe and within walking distance to many major sights, which made exploring Rome so convenient. The room was spotless and came with thoughtful touches like complementary coffee and tea. A special thanks to the lovely cleaning lady and receptionist (I regret not getting her name) - she was so kind and attentive.

We only saw someone on reception once during our stay so when we wanted to arrange for our bags to be left in storage the day we left (which was a service we were offered) we were unable to. I did email the hotel via booking.com to try arrange it as there was nobody at reception but we did not receive a response until we were already gone. It would have been nice to see someone to ask for what we needed but we managed to arrange an alternative at the main train station - Termani.

Fantastic location. 5 minutes walk form the metro. Roberto was very friendly on check in. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. There were restaurants a short walk away as well as a super market and pharmacy across the road. Would definitely try to stay there if we found ourselves in Rome again. We would highly recommend

The guest house is very well located to visit Rome - you can easily wake to many places or else there are many bus lines and the metro that bring you close. The place is very clean. There is a communal coffee maker, kettle and some cookies which can be used. In the proximity of the place, you’ll find a bunch of restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and super markets. AC worked well. Roberto met us personally to give us the key - useful to have data to write him when you know when exactly you’ll be at the location so he can meet you.

Said there would be sky tv in the room, but because of the new tv, sky was not set up. However, this was only a minor inconvenience.

It was easy to find, in a convenient location and facilities were good. Really liked the sparkling water by the desk. Called a taxi for us when we left, which was very helpful.

My room was small but had everything a person would need for a few days in Rome: a comfortable bed, an AC to keep cool in the hot temperatures, a hair dryer, slippers, shower gels, and even coffee and some snacks. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and the location of the house is 20 min by foot to the center and the most famous monuments.

The air-conditioning needs to be changed, as it was too noisy, which can be quite annoying at night, especially for light sleepers like me. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location to visit all of Rome's tourist spots. Less than 900 metres from the Vatican. Upscale neighbourhood with many high end shops on the same road. Many nice restaurants and cafe's close by.
