The location is excellent its near the terminal Fusina Venezia where you can take a boat transfer (25 min) to Venezia. The parking is also available. With reservation in this accomodation you can get a good price for parking at terminal.

The bathroom was pretty basic and the toiletries were minimal. Also, upon arrival, the reception was not open and it was difficult to tell how to enter or who to contact. I tried calling the number provided by Booking but nobody picked up. After about 20 minutes of poking around the property, however, the owner appeared from the neighboring property and promptly checked me in.

The breakfast was very good and I was grateful that the owner was accommodating to a slightly earlier breakfast than they typically offer. The location is very quiet, which was nice and relaxing, yet still close to Venice, Mestre and Marco Polo Airport.

The breakfast was small but delicious, staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room is absolutely HUGE and clean, air conditioning was working great and the bathroom is super clean.

Anna's welcome and advices, how to easily go to Venezia by bus (3€ way & back) and by boat (Fusina carpark at 5€ thx to Anna's voucher, and boat tickets at 13€ way & back). Location is great, room is very comfy and large, and breakfast is lovely.

A beautiful property not far from the bus and ferry to take you into Venice. The host, Anna, was friendly and very helpful. With her little English, she still managed to help us with every question we had. Even helped with downloading apps to use public transport. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was simple but fresh and homemade. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.
