How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hotel Daniel is in a very good location, at the edge of old town, bus stop just across the road, parking at the front of the hotel. bedroom is small but comfortable bed. Restaurant Cocchi is superb and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Will stay ant Hotel Daniel again next time we are in Parma.

Everything fine
The hotel is situated in citycenter with 15 min walk to cathedral and to historical area. There are free parking just outside the hotel - one the reasons we chose this hotel. Rooms are nice and there are a refrigerator big enough to put in your own things. Very attentive and nice staff. Good restaurant in House - you have to make a reservation ( closed saturday). Hotel is facing a Big road, so we had a room away from it, but quit calm in the evening and Night.

I was booking through the app and didn’t see opportunity to book hotel with the breakfast included. I see that not everyone wants breakfast at hotel but I think it has to be an option to get it included.
We stayed for two nights in Parma with family and chose this hotel because of its location. It’s around 15 min walk from city center which is not so far. It’s free parking at the hotel which is a good thing when you want to walk and explore around the city. Restaurant connected to the hotel is very good, far above average in service and taste. Breakfast is good but not included in the price.

Air con is central and it was difficult to get the room to the right temperature, but the staff did their best.
The restaurant is of a very high standard indeed and is well worth booking for dinner. Breakfast is average in terms of value for money and choice - little fruit. There is free - limited - parking at the hotel itself. The roads round about are fairly busy. You are close to a bus stop with easy and cheap access to the city centre. It is also just a 20minute walk to the city centre

Lots of things you can count which make staying in this hotel comfortable and relaxing. First - free parking and you get personal care of your car. Then - amazing receptionists who are kind and helpful. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. You have blinds in the room and you can open window. The hotel is situated something like 15 minutes from the heart of Parma, but I would say, that the restaurant which is situated on the ground floor of the hotel is the real heart of the city. Amazing food and service and good wine list. I consider ristorante Cocchi as one of my favorite among all the restaurants in Italy.

The shower could be better but it is absolutely decent
Vicinity to the city centre as week as to the fair. Rooms are large clean and comfortable .

Nice hotel, helpful staff, it was a short one night stay only. We didn't have a breakfast, so I can't rate it. We also didn't have a chance to visit Michelin restaurant Cocchi, but I assume it is great.

Our room was small, but clean and well organized and modern. There is a lift. The bus stop is just down the street for a short ride to city center. Parking is in front or to the side of the hotel. There is an attendant at the hotel all night.

Convenient location in Parma, about a 20min walk from the train station and the centre of town. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet room. Good choice of channels especially sports channels. I didn't have breakfast.
