The hotel was fantastic. It was one of the rare hotels that actually made you really want to be there and enjoy it while you’re there. Throughout the stay we had free water, coffee and three cans of drinks for free + every night free drinks and food. It really was a fantastic experience. We arrive by car and they have a private parking inside for the guests, also for free. The breakfast was great and the room was also great. If we’ll ever come again in Florence, we will definitely stay here. 10/10

Staff was fantastic, super friendly, quick to give recommendations, and held our bags for an early check in and after we checked out until we were ready to head to our next location. Great free (or rather included with your room) amenities like water bottles, sodas, etc. available throughout the day!

Good location with the centre of Florence a 15 minute walk away (there is a bus stop outside the hotel if you don’t want to walk). Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed sitting out in the garden area during happy hour. We couldn’t fault this hotel and would recommend to any other travellers.

AMAZING Hotel, perfect location, Epic staff, extremely clean, the best cappuccino, breakfast and happy hour, plenty of food and beverages, sodas, wine, water, 20 minute walk to The Duomo…Florence.s jaw dropping cathedral, Santa Croce monument, Michelangelo.s Status of David at the Accademia Firenze, taxis available in an instant, amazing gelatos… loved it

It was quite cold while we were there and electricity use restrictions meant there was no heating.

Excellent assistance from reception staff, including with parking. Breakfast was great, the room was big, the bed was very comfortable. Happy hour was what really made the stay fabulous though. It was a very generous thing to offer and brought guests together socially.

Nothing stands out that I disliked. It was my second time at the hotel, and I plan to return on any future visit to Florence. One suggestion is to move up the time of the Happy Hour because it may conflict with dinner plans.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, and responsive. The setting was peaceful and restful (away from the tourist crowd), although there was nearby car traffic. The happy hour and the garden were also definite plusses.

Beware mosquitos in the gardens.

The staff were incredibly helpful. We loved breakfast on the upstairs patio and drinks in the gardens in the evening. The environment facilitated conversations with other guests making it a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is a little close to the main road, but that can’t be changed. We were in the back of the hotel so it was relatively quiet.

Amazing breakfast and happy hour where we met a lot of very nice people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has the feel of an old time guest house with loads of charm. We were also happy to be staying on the other side of the Arno away from the crowds of tourists in the city center. Great views of the neighborhood rooftops from our room. About a 1 mile walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo to see the sweeping views of the Duomo across the river. Not far from city center, if you’re a walker, or an easy taxi ride. Recommend a visit to the Boboli Gardens at Pitti Palace. Close to many cool, hip restaurants on this side of the Arno.

Really charming gem in Florence. Good breakfast, happy hour in the afternoon with wines, soft drinks and foods. Drinks, coffee, gated parking and etc are all inclusive. Every staff are so friendly and helpful. Good working distance to city center & Piazzale Michelangelo. Bus stop is also just in front of the hotel. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you visit to Florence.
