- located in the centre of Rome (bus stops a few minutes away) you could easily walk to every sights of the city - cleaning service (the rooms are very clean) - cocktails bar in the lobby where you could mix your cocktails + the little balcony next to the bar - bigger rooms than the average Ulli the host was really kind and easy to contact if anything was needed. He also recommended us some places for breakfast and lunch, which were helpful and delicious! We could leave our luggage until our room was ready which was practical. Would definitely stay here again! :-)

Nothing comes to mind. The wifi was a little flaky but not terminally so and the thick walls make it difficult to ensure a consistent signal. Be prepared that the people in the hotel don't always speak English, but they're happy to look at google translate and try to understand any attempts at Italian.

The location was amazing, a quiet back street near the Pantheon. In the sweltering 40+ deg July heat, our room stayed an oasis of calm and the air con was quiet enough to sleep with. The bed and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Although there was no staff on reception, a WhatsApp message from one of the team came when we arrived to give us a means of easy contact and great restaurant recommendations. They were really prompt to reply, and sorted taxis, etc with perfect efficiency. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Walls and ceiling seemed quite thin... we could hear the footsteps from the floor above most of the time, and occasionally also noises from the corridor. Design is very specific, nice overall, but the lights inthe room are a little strange. Toilet seat had a slightly uncomfortable angle (leaning forward).

Excellent location. Very friendly host Ulli! Was nice and helpful, gave us tips and explanation about things to do, restaurants and other attractions. Junior suite room was nice and clean, and spacious. Atmosphere is like a boutique hostel or guesthouse, with self-service coffee and alcohol.

The hotel was in a fantastic location for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby. The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful. He recommended restaurants both for breakfast and dinner. They were all outstanding.

The owner was really friendly and helpful when we checked in, the honesty cocktail bar was such a fun feature and it made pre drinks in your own place really fun and affordable. The room was super cool, clean and comfortable.

We got locked out 2 nights in a row as did other guests during our stay:( the host was never onsite, we never met any staff other than housekeeper, Valentina, who was terrific, but no receptionist. The room we were in was 101, the toilet kept running all night at night (so we shut the bathroom door to shut out the sound), shower didn't drain well at all.

The Location was excellent! Ambience was modern and fun.

The property used keyless entry, which meant you had to open the doors using a passkey on your phone. When checking in we had difficulty as our data cut out in the building.
