There is no reception so you need to read the instructions carefully before arriving otherwise it can prove to be quite a challenge to enter the rooms.

There aren't any instructions on how to get to the accommodation. Call to the desk did not help much since there was a language barrier. Fortunately there was a security guard in the building who pointed us to the right floor, after that it went all smoothly.

Breakfast in nearby bakery included via coupons was good, there are little balcony but not for those who fear heights since they are really small and relatively high.

It’s advertised as a 24 hour desk and it wasn’t. We had trouble accessing late if it wasn’t for the garage down the road

We just needed a one night stay before our flight the next morning and we wanted somewhere convenient for exploring Naples. This accommodation offered us all we needed in terms of its location and relatively close proximity to the airport.

Generous sized room with high ceiling and tastefully furnished. We were in room 4 with two balconies and partial/side sea views Friendly and helpful staff Breakfast was in a cafe a couple of minutes walk away. A large fresh pastry/croissant of your choice, small juice and a coffee Couldn't fault anything

The WiFi was a bit unreliable but we were told this was due to work taking place in the building at the time.

Internet connection was not reliable. It would come and go. Staff insisted it was my phone not their connection because it was working when we turned in the keys. But we had a much easier time staying connected on the port’s free wifi than we did on this B&B’s connection. It did work, just not consistently. Loved everything else about the place.

Great location with a view of the sea from the room’s balcony. Very comfortable bed. Quite clean and attractive. High ceilings and a beautiful parquet floor. Breakfast served at a cafe around the corner. Lots of interesting cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Walking distance to Molo Beverello for ferries.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The only thing is that I found only one (out of 4) face towel that was dirty.

Nice location and good bedroom and bathroom. We felt very safe on this area, No problem at all. From the balcony you can see the VESUVIO. The person who talks to you by whatsapp was very attentive and fast. The person helps you with all the informations you need for parking your car. This location gives a voucher, per person, to have a breakfast at a nice place very close to the apartment and it was really cool, very nice.

It is one of those B&B built out of a huge flat, so imagine being sharing a gigantic property with all the other guests. Definitely noise isolation to the door is a necessity. Buzzes to open the main door or the phone at the reception won't let you have an afternoon nap in peace. Luckily at night everything was super quiet. Breakfast is served with a coupon at a cafe nearby. Forget about any option but a cappuccino and local pastry (fine by me, but I can imagine some health-aware customer complain).

Located in the rather posh Santa Lucia quarter, this B&B will give the chance to live in a bourgeois condo in Napoli. The personnel is super helpful. The location is ideal, between Napoli's seaside and its heart: Plebiscito square with the famous Gambrinus cafe and the Royal Palace.

They need new pillows. They are lumpy and are basically nothing. The basic standard for a hotel is 1 x firm and 1 x medium pillow per person. We had two pillows but they were terrible. The breakfast was a big failure. They give you a voucher for a local cafe. We handed over our voucher and were treated terribly. It’s like they resented the fact that we had claimed the breakfast. The guy that explained what we could have was basically a thug and was very rude. It was terrible and suffice to say, we didn’t bother the next morning. Terrible.

Overall the room was very nice. It was a large room with space for a lounge and chairs. The location is good. You can walk to the old town and there are heaps of restaurants around. We like running and there were some great runs along the foreshore.

The pillows and the mattress could be better. The shower was a bit damaged, but it still worked.

The breakfast was basic, but good in a bar nearby. The communication with the responsible person was perfect, Giulia was very helpful, her answers were very quick, she ordered a taxi for us two times. The location was calm and nice.

Since it is an old building, the sounds from the reception and people coming and going entered the room we were staying, but as the place is quite small there wasn't too much of it. Also the breakfast at a cafe nearby was very limited as it often can be in Italy.

Very good location, one block from the sea and also close to the port, Piazza del Plebiscito, metro Municipio as well as Cuarteri Spagnoli. Also I very much liked the building and the room with high ceilings, charming decoration and spacious hallways. The check in and out was also very convenient and hazzle free.
