the shower didn’t work properly the shower head sprayed out the sides and the door man was not helpful at all because we we tourists that didn’t know how to speak Italian

The room was small for a triple. It was a seaview but that was poke your head out the window and turn to see. You could hear everything the people in the next room were saying :(

Great breakfast and service from the staff the next morning. Location was great and the buidling feels safe and secure. It had a lift which was great too. Quiet location.

The bed and breakfast was difficult to find in a residential apartment building. The rooms were up three flights of stairs, and the elevator was extremely old, delicate and a bit scary. The promised breakfast was an odd selection of cereals and mediocre tea. The view outside the room with sea view was the wall of the adjacent building.

The bed was comfortable. There was an electric kettle in the room for heating water. The best part was the proximity to the Bay of Naples with a view of Mount Vesuvius. okay

We had reserved two rooms: a triple room with a sea view and a double room. Upon arrival, they gave only two doubles (standard). When I asked where our triple room was, it was not there. No more alternatives...said if you don't like it, get out of here

Breakfast was served for just an hour only. Choice was rather limited. We had to request additional linen and towels for the third guest regardless we booked for 3 people.

It is an old building, nice outside but inside not luxury at all as they claim in the rooms title. Windows do not close properly as they are old, therefore there is no noise insulation. Decoration is weird, mixing old fashioned furniture with ikea type stuff like the closet. Bathroom needs urgent renovation, not as clean as I would have liked, hot water pressure changes constantly, sink tap does not work properly and door is damaged with humidity in its lower part ,so it does not close. Internet works from time to time and breakfast is served from 8:30 which to me it is a little late if you want to take advantage of the day, coffe in breakfast is terrible. Net to me is , the approach from the place is not professional, good will from the management but poor result.

Amazing attention :) The room and beds are really confortable. The location is perfect, close to everything, specially to where you take the ferry to the islands. We were able to leave our luggages for the night. Thanks for this :) Breakfast was included and was really good :)

Location it's excellent, 10 min walk from the dock terminal, very close to the promenade to Mergellina with lots of restaurants, also close to Via Toledo to Naples city Centre and shopping.

The surrounding area is considered the nicer part of Naples and with good reason as coming from the station (which was not the safest area) this area near the port was much nicer.

Excellent accommodation, hosts extremely attentive and the room was a great size and facilities also superb.

The beds needed a bottom fitted sheet and light blanket and we ran out of toilet paper and there was no one to ask. Front outside door key didn’t work luckily the security/doorman heard us knocking and let us in.

We arrived early to drop off luggage we’re in room only to sleep. It was in a nice location. We were gone before breakfast but it looked and smelled delicious. Nice small balancing for view.

The staff was not paying patient, she seemed like in a rush and wanted to leave that place as soon as possible. Also the wifi password was not shown on anywhere, but they said they have wifi here for the guest. At last I have to contact the staff by myself via booking( she had left already…). End up the is very very very bad and so as the signal. The air-con is useless, even we turned it on for a very long time, it’s still hot inside. There is a paper telling us so much are all the things in mini bar and this paper we’re showing us there were almost 20 things. But once I opened the refrigerator there is only a bottle of water. There were no shower gel, only shampoo. The breakfast is shiiiiiitttt as fkkkkkkk. OMGGGGGGGG
