A bit difficult to find and our room was up two quite steep flights of stairs - but not a major problem for most able-bodied people!

Centrally located in the old city, clean and modern facilities.

Did not like the additional bed. We were 2 adults + a 4 years old kid. The additional bed was not comfortable, and the room was very small, so this additional bed was put at the foot of the double bed. Not cozy like this. Natural light in the room was very limited, as the window is 1 meter away from the wall of the next building.

Location was excellent - exactly in the old city of Bari. Walking distance from attractions. The host was extremely kind - all communication was held online. Never met in person, but judging from the texts and phone call I know for sure the host is an amazing person. The way we enter the building and follow the instructions, passwords - it felt awesome! As if we were playing treasure hunt! Felt incredibly excited following the instructions and putting the code in. Very nice common room with terrace for smokers.

The lighting gave the room a very cold feeling. Needs improving. We didn't get a message telling us how to enter the building. It was stressful aafter a horribly long flight but nobody's fault. The neighbors called for help and the poor woman had to come running. We appreciated her efforts. I felt badly though becuase I am sure we ruined her Sat. night.

I appreciated the quiet though.

Lack of communication re checkin. Neighbour very helpful and finally very nice cleaning lady helped us by contacting agent. No message received with details of access code even to drop baggage.

I want to be positive, but it was quite a few issues. - Room was dark. Only one window to an internal square, but that was minor. - The "coffee" machine - one of those you can find in the offices during 70's - was located just out of our dorm. People was talking and getting coffees at 7am. So if you are randomly lucky that you are allocated in same room downstairs, good luck if you want to sleep until late. - The rooms were not sound proof - the door is light.. you can feel it when you open. I understand that is no place to make a hardcore party rave, but enough to at least do not be awaked by the coffee machine from the previous point. And I snore like a chainsaw with very deep sleep superpower, but not even that saved me from chatty people in that machine - there was not even 1 metre from the door to the machine in a corridor that 2 people couldnt walk in parallel. - Furthermore, and this was unfortunate, the boiler stopped working. No heater and no hot water. I have to say that, despite it was close to summer and outside we had close to 30 degrees, the temperature in the room during the night decreases quite significantly. They fixed it as soon as it reached the morning, but for us that were staying 1 only day was really unfortunate since we arrived late and wanted to take a shower and didn't worked out. These apartments, despite the renewals are old fashioned, and boilers sometimes play a bad trick.

Location was priviledged. Despite that the old town of Bari is a maze, it was quite easy to find.

No natural light in room .when booked description said there was a balcony,- this was onto a light well not a street. No glasses , cups, fridge or crockery. Advised when arrived, €10 extra per time if we required room cleaned or fresh sheets / towels disappointed as staying 4 nights.

Great Location in old town. large clean room with good AC. Easy access to building & Easy to comucination with host.

Late check-in.the owner of hotel didn’t answer my mail and message.we were early in city.we wanted to leave our luggage to hotel at least but she answered 4 hours later.So we had trouble with luggage at the city.

I feel like the photo on Booking.com is quite misleading. It must show the nicest room (and it only has one photo) because my room looked nothing like the photo. There was one "window" but it faced a small open area between very close buildings. It was like not really having a window at all. Little to no natural light. There was no chair in the room which would've been nice to have. I received no information on breakfast so didn't have any. The room was just kind of stark -- it would not have been very nice to have to spend a lot of time in the room. Fortunately I didn't. The worst part was the overuse of room freshener/deodorizer. The smell was so strong and heavy of perfume that it was very bothersome. It immediately gave me a headache.

The communication was good and I knew I was booking an affordable but not fancy room. However, I was still a bit disappointed. The bathroom was very nice -- spacious and attractive. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of old town. The room was very clean and included a coffee maker and some snacks. And the price was very good. If you're on a tight budget and don't plan to spend much time in the room, it's perfectly adequate.

No reception. Just given code to get in Advertised as B and B but no breakfast plus room was not cleaned daily. On looking mote at terms cleaning was additional charge But my fault should have read fine print. I could have stayed in proper hotel for less money Good location central in oldctown area. But difficult to find as very hidden

Being on the ground floor, our room lacked air and light. Sadly, the place always felt damp and uncomfortable to stay in.

Good location, easy check-in, good communication and clean accommodation.

It should not state B&B if there is no breakfast. Very disappointed

Although it was called B&B there was breakfast at all, no dining area or even self service area. The night we arrived we found paper cups, tea bags, powdered milk and 2 small biscuits, no coffee and a kettle, this must have been breakfast.

However, two nights that we slept in the room, neighbors upstairs were having drinks and were so loud - feeling was they were in the room! First night they finished around 2 AM, second night around 12. Honestly noise was hard to bear. All the rest was fantastic. Thanks.

I travelled with my mom. The room was well located in the old part of the town , it was clean and smelled vey nice. We found nice welcome treats, water and candies in the room. We felted very welcomed.

Excellent clean property in a great location in the old town but far enough that it is super quiet. Check in is automated so no personalized experience and you don’t interact with anyone in person. We were there for 1 night on arrival to Puglia and it served its purpose well. Air conditioning is great.
