United KingdomBe careful, you have to go to a different building to check in and then follow the host to the actual building which is an old, tired apartment block. It's a converted apartment into rooms. Felt like a dormitory, very basic and in need of TLC. The bathrooms were awful and there's no air conditioning. We were boiling hot. Luckily we just slept there and left early the next day.
We had a fridge in the room. Nice restaurant about 10 mins walk away.

SwedenThe room located in an apartment building is old, a bare room, no frills, old but clean sheets, a small shower with terrible water pressure and the staff gives you one thin towel for the night. There is no coffee machine, there are only 2 outlets in the room - one in the main room (choose between watching TV or using a small light, and one in the bathroom). The room is cold. To arrive you must call the phone number and follow the directions of a person who barely speaks English!! The location is not near anything. A restaurant is 10 -15 minutes walking distance in the dark, no taxis nearby so this is a industrial area with an apartment building. If yiu think you are saving money taking this rental then better off getting real hotel.
I did not like this place at all! It was cold, the location was given as a different address on the website. When I arrived by taxi I was told I must go to the original address listed on website. The taxi already left so I was at the mercy of walking, with luggage 15 minutes, or ask for a ride from the staff on duty. I did not like.

CyprusAbsolutely terrible service. We got stuck in traffic and the owner wouldn’t let us in because we passed some of the check in time. We then called him and he would only speak in italian so he passed the phone to someone who told us to come and they will open. Once we got there we called again and it was the owner on the phone again speaking italian telling us he is not opening and to call bookings and put the phone down on us. I then called him back and he kept texting me through bookings to stop calling him and he isnt opening for us. So I was left outside alone with my children and had to find elsewhere to stay.

SerbiaIn the room was a little bit cold for my boyfriend’s and mine taste, it was about 19 degrees Celsius for the whole stay. Along with that in the room wasn’t a kettle for hot water or any cups/glasses.
The accommodation was very good, the room was indeed very clean. Location is great and it has a private parking which was our priority because we came to Pisa by car. The host was very kind and responded to every question.

United KingdomAVOID AVOID AVOID! This was quite frankly the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. The owner/manager is the rudest person we’ve ever dealt with and quite frankly ruined our stay in Pisa. He claimed there was a problem with payment and went on to not only scream at us down the phone but also make threats, demand cash and our passport details. We initially offered to pay cash as he was having issues taking the credit card payment and claiming the account didn’t have money which it definitely does. Alarm bells were ringing and he was asking us to leave cash in the room with no provided evidence of payment available. He also made remarks about Putin, we entered the property and after the initial experience above decided not to stay and return the keys (we were at the property for around 15 minutes). The majority of the day we then received a continuous stream of abuse and harassment from this man who is extremely aggressive and unprofessional. I highly recommend you do not stay at this property.

PortugalHello to all Booking users, I made a reservation for this stay and as I was traveling on a motorcycle, I asked for the following information: if I could check in at 9pm and they didn't answer me. It was only on the day at 6pm that they informed us that it was not possible and canceled the reservation. They charged the amount and didn't answer the phone at 9pm. Unsafe stay.

Serbia- No-one at reception, only contact was via Italian phone number which we didn’t have - Someone was in our room who wasn’t meant to be there. Bed & shower were used by a couple that rushed out. - Had to use another guests Italian phone where the owner proceeded to yell at me in Italian saying that I shouldn’t bother other guests - I tried telling the owner that we had someone in our room, room wasn’t clean, bins were full, towels were wet (& we had no towels) and that the door was broken. He continued to yell & said he didn’t understand. - After check out he went on to abuse us via email & charge us for the broken door that we didn’t break.
Nice area for families, not ideal, but quiet.
