Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Kuwaitthe location of the hotel is isolated although the name suggested otherwise. I didn’t like the room smell it smelled like cigarette a lot and not a hotel room smell I didn’t like the bathroom cleanliness, bathtub was not so clean even I found hair scattered and the sink also.

United KingdomThe fire alarm that kept going off on the 12th August in the early hours. Shower facilities could do with updating. The tax you have to pay at the end of your stay. This should be included in the price you pay for your room. The hotel kept this quiet till the end.

RomaniaThe room was very nice, clean. Had interesting stuff like shower glass wall. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle to the city was really useful. But it kinda got downplayed by the parking fee. We went by shuttle to the city with the 10am shuttle for 1.5 euro per person. And came back with public transport. Route back from the center takes around 50 min with usually 2 bus/trams exchanged. Overall great.

Rooms were very comfortable. Beds are very big, also the bathroom. Climatization correct. We had mosquitos one night because we opened the window, but they gived us antimosquitos and cleaned the room from them, very effective, mosquitos dissapeared. Parking is ok also. The shuttle to the city center very useful.

BrazilThere should be a clear indication how to switch off the air conditioning system. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but there is a shuttle service provided by the hotel to and from the city centre (close to the main railway station). However, I'd rather suggest to use the local public transportation (bus+tram). Buy tickets the first time you go to town (automatic machines at tram stations). To the city centre: take bus 78 at a bus stop around 150 meters from the main hotel gate (on the right). Stop at "Foggini Talenti" bus stop, cross te road to "Federiga" tram stop to take the tram direction "Careggi-Ospedale" up to "Valfonda" or "Alamanni", which are located at the railway station in the city center. From the city centre to the hotel: take the tram at direction "Villa Costanza" at Valfonda or Alamanni (railway station at the city center) and stop at "Federiga" stop. Cross the road (on the right) and take bus 77 direction "La Casella". Stop at "La Casella" and you'll see the hotel just ahead. Don't forget to validate the tickets in the bus or tram (check also the right position to insert the ticket in the machine - it is indicated in the ticket) otherwise you may be fined 40 Euros. Many tourists buy tickets but forget to validate (stamp the data and hour).
The room size is great and the bathroom is also ample with shower and bathtub. The furniture and decoration are very nice and functional. Room service is OK. The air conditioning works too well for the Florence heat in this summer. Breakfast is excellent with great variety.

United StatesMy new apartment was ready so I had to leave my reservation early. Before I could even notify the staff I was followed out by 2 security guards and 2 front staff workers. it was me and my 75 year old mother and we were treated like criminals!!! I even tried to speak to them and they told me it was policy. I will never stay here again and do not recommend.
