How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was good but the problem that i had is that during night time there are so many noises coming from outside and it makes it hard for you to sleep well.
I really like this hotel because of its cleanliness and the location. I could reach anywhere i wanted to go easily by metro. Thanks to all the staff in there, they are so kind and helpful🙏🏻.

The fact that I was a little distance from the main hotel.and haf to find it with Google maps at night made it a bit difficult for me. I knew from booking that my accommodatiom was in a separate building. .i had hoped it was a little closer to the main hotel itself. I had also had to bring my key back to the main hotel which delayed me on my.departure to the Airport today on my way home to Ireland. It was though my first time in Milan whivh did not jelp st all.

Not much, all in all it is a nice hotel. Maybe a little update of the shower area to make it a bit more modern with glass shower dors would be nice.
We were in the additional building of the hotel. It was a great value for the money (about 105 euros per night). Area of the hotel was really nice, safe and quiet. In the walking distance of Milano Centrale station - 5 minute walk. Staff was weary helping and nice. Milano center is also very near and we walked and explored along the way. Metro station, if you want to use it, is 400m away. There is a bakery and a coffee shop right next to the building.

During checkout, we wanted to leave our bags at the reception as our train was scheduled to departure quite late. We were 5€ for this service. This is the first time I experience something like this in a hotel, as usually this service is free.

It is right next to a street and it gets very very loud. Also the amenities are loud and the I constantly heard water running in the walls
The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable

Half the shower door was missing so when I took a shower it got water all over the floor.
It was only a 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale.

Very few amenities, and no elevator. If you are elderly or have lots of luggage it is not recommended.
Great location, close to metro and the central station. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

There is a dog park across from the hotel - this was noisy in the morning for doggy playtime as our room faced it It was milan fashion week so seemed expensive for what we had however it was the wrong week to travel.
The staff were always pleasant and happy from Check in to check out. Rooms adequate and location very handy for metro and main station. Was clean and tidy

room could have been cleaner, it was really dusty when i first moved in and the outlets weren't working. i told reception about it and they unfortunately weren't able to fix it until housekeeping the next day. housekeeping was good, the room became much cleaner than when i first moved in.

The only suggestion I would give is to better isolate the rooms in the second building (the front door was loud when closing) so if you have a light sleep you can easily wake up.
Super friendly and helpful staff! Location and neighbourhood are also a plus!

The room and the toilet were both small, and it wasn't good value for the money.

The fact that it was "divided" in 2 buildings, which of course is trivial.
The hotel was conveniently located near the Grand Station, within walking distance. The room was the exact match of the pictures, which was very positive, as well as the excellent hygiene standards. Practically spotless clean.

There should be a microwave oven available in the small kitchen.
I didn’t know the breakfast was included in the price of the room. So I did not have breakfast at this hotel. ‘Twas clean and quiet.
