Hotel across from the beach. Excellent fine dining seafood restaurant called Aqua right on the beach attached to the hotel - do not miss it! Breakfast most enjoyable with wide selection and great quality food. Beach excellent for swimming and body surfing.

Bad WiFi. It works poorly in the room , on the balcony and in general in living building. It was very uncomfortable to live in the room with permanent noise from service equipment outside the room. Especially at night.

Poor choice of food! Mostly fish dishes so even though we were half board we had to eat out most of the time to avoid repetitive fish dishes!

The location was very good and the facilities left you wanting for nothing. The staff, from reception to housekeeping were the most friendliest and helpful people I have had the pleasure to encounter. Despite the language barrier they all showed the true warmth and authenticity of southern Italy.

Deluxe room was not really deluxe.. Water in mini bar paid.. everywhere we stayed in Italy was free. Things missing in the room on arrival.. i.e. no soap in the shower, or sleepers. Coffee/tea facility would be great... This hotel was the best in this area but it's not 4 stars quality.

Hotel is located near the beach... we got there during busy warm Sunday and it was packed with people, which was not pleasant, so stayed by the pool, which is very nice. Nice breakfast and two ladies at the breakfast restaurant. Restaurant by the beach very nice. Good food.. and amazing view.

I know it’s in a beach area and that’s the main attraction nearby but as not always weather is good it could have a game room or the swimming pool could be heated.

Rooms are good size and comfortable , the location is very convenient, breakfast is delicious and has many options, the staff was very kind and helpful. We needed to work one day and the internet worked very well.

I found the room we had on the 1st floor very dark even during the day - no light coming in from the little balcony we had. We had to drive into Porto Cesareo for dinner as there was not much within walking distance.

This property is directly across from a very beautiful beach. The room was perfect - very large space - but I would have liked to be on the 2nd floor - the room was very dark on the 1st floor. The breakfast had a great selection and did not disappoint.

I book this hotel in off-season for still very high price. Reason was that I want to go to Sauna. Even that the local rate was 30 % lower (i use this for second night) i had to pay extra for Sauna. A little unfortable feeling is left with this Internet rate and supplement charges, i do not known from Austria/Germany Hotels in common.

the staff in the hotel were helpful. they moved us to a room with partial view of sea from the balcony which was great! excellent location and breakfast was great. as hotel guests we can use the chairs on the beach for free.

My one complaint about the room (109) was that it was very dark even during the day. It was on the ground floor and had bushes right outside which cut all the light out and meant we couldn't enjoy the balcony. This was a shame. I know it's not traditional in Europe, but it would have been lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening and it was very expensive, with a limited menu.

The room was very clean and modern. The rain shower was excellent, with great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the linen was good. Overall, very good. The pool area was nice and the barman very helpful. The reception staff were also friendly and gave us a nice welcome. The staff at breakfast were very friendly, efficient and very helpful. The lady waitresses were always cheerful and friendly and remembered the coffee etc each person liked! The lady on the egg station was also lovely.

Hard bed mattress and very dark room( not enough light and mirrors), sometimes it was harder to communicate as not everyone from staff speaks english. It was very weird the way of allocating sun beds by reception(you do not get a choice) and making guests to pay 20euros per day for it. It would be nicer if people for breakfast would be seated as it is for dinner. Sometimes there were no ready tables or coffee served after the breakfast.

Crystal clear beach next to the hotel, gluten free options(pasta, bread), lots of sea food, clean, friendly -attentive to detail staff, beach bar made gluten free pizza.

Some mornings we had to wait a while for our cappuccino. But to get a very good one and only on a busy weekend. It was totally worth and we wouldn’t miss usual coffee machine in a hotel breakfast ;)

Perfect location with the direct access to the best part of the beach, great restaurant and uncomplicated pizzeria. What else do you need? :)

the waitresses are gossip thier customers in Italian language, unfortunately for them we understood; the curtains were old; breakfast with low level of products and no vegetables - in the last 2 days they put some tomato but when the portions finished they told us that aren’ t anymore - in the country of agriculture😡
