There were a few little quirks in the room.

Our host was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and kind. We were exhausted when we got into Sorento and it was so nice to be greeted so warmly. Location is perfect! Smack bang in the middle of town, but also not too noisy. Lovely room, comfy bed and very clean.

Nothing to improve in quality of the hotel, but consider different parking service then currently recommended by the hotel. Usually took 2nd call to retrieve the car back from the parking.

Very clean is spacious rooms situated in the central point of Sorrento. Close to restaurants and bars and if one wants some peace and quite, just needs to close the windows. Breakfasts with options for everyone.

Everything was great!

Perfect location in Sorrento! Property is beautiful, comfortable, and overlooks the main square. We were there at New Year’s Eve. Fantastic fireworks and town celebration! Highly recommend the Elys Suites.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Me and my wife booked this without hoping much, but looking at excellent reviews, we gave it a go. Elys is only 6 minutes walk from train/bus station. Right in the middle of pleasant Christmas feel town. Entrance was a little confusing, but when enquired at shops, we found large green doors with a buzzer button. Jenny, the host, answered the buzzer and came down to the entrance to receive us. The host was super helpful. Building is an old palace, and construction was going on at the rear. Suites are on the 2nd floor, and there is a mini lift to send luggage up. We walked up with the host. Lobby and the corridor are modern. The room was luxurious with special lights in the ceiling, large bed, free mini bar with soft drinks and prosecco. 24-hour coffee machines in the hallway. The bathroom was super good, too, with premium amenities. Breakfast was included in the rate and was of high quality. They had Netflix and Amazon Prime on TV with accounts active. I recommend this to all travellers travelling to Sorrento. I will say grab it early as they only have 5 suites and of high demand. Thank you, Jenny and Elys suites for a wonderful stay. Not an issue, but just note check-in opened at 1400hrs and you won't be able to access the courtyard and stairs up to the suites until that time.

Excellent place, facilities and location. The place exceeded our expectations and there is nothing we can fault. Very central location overlooking Sorrento central square, and you could sit outside on our small balcony to watch the world go bye. There's a coffee machine in the hall too. Staff were very friendly (Sylvie) and helpful too. If travelling by train, the suites are within easy walking distance from the dead end station and train travel is cheap. Sorrento was beautiful and quaint. with lots of restaurants and small shops. To get to the seaside there are several steep walks down cliffs to the beaches or small dock area for boat travel. There is also a lift from the top of the town down to near the port which is worth the small cost. Don't think there was a more suitable or nicer location we could have stayed at for the price and we would definitely return.

The B&B doesn't have any kitchen/dining room so breakfast must be picked up in the hall and taken back to your room to be eaten. Consequently, the breakfast menu is more limited.

Perfect location -- 20 yards inside the old town from the main piazza where you can drop your car off to a valet who parks it. Can't get any easier than that. The rooms are comfy, nice sized and can be reached by an elevator.

Bathroom faucets need to be adjusted. Water sprayed everywhere the first time used. Everything got wet.

Clean, spacious, friendly concierge. Bathrooms perfect and confortable. Receptionist was helpful with tour guide assistance. Cappuccino machine outside our rooms was a great surprise.

Our host Sylvie was very hospitable and extremely professional. She welcomed us personally even though we arrived late in the evening. The room is generously sized with a modern fit out, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations. Location-wise it's only a 10 minute walk from Sorrento train station.

I had looked at this hotel prior to our vacation and really liked the reviews and what I saw. When we arrived it did not disappoint. I will say it was a little hard to find because you need to enter from the street behind a door. But I called and they were able to give me instructions. It was a perfect location and a beautiful hotel, clean, modern and right in the middle of everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really nothing. It would be the only location we would choose if we ever return.

There is nothing that we didn't like! The staff (Sylvie) was fantastic! The room was excellant and incredibly quiet for the location. The breakfast was excellant with many choices. It's very modern, has a lift, and has terrific security. You cannot go wrong with Elys Suites!
