I liked absolutely everything.

unmatchable location, super clean and comfortable. Sylvie was simply amazing. She was always there when we needed information, always ready to help. Having such a wonderful person at the front desk makes everything easier. when we were leaving very nice lady prepared lunch to go for us. such a nice touch.

We had an early morning hike and they made us a small breakfast. Coffee/tea was always available and delicious. Afternoon tea and cookies offered. Friendly hostess got us an early check-in.

We loved it all!

We loved the attention to details and the staff. Coffee available all day, biscuits in the afternoon, continental breakfast with fresh local pastry. We had a minibar with complementary waters, juices and sparkling wine to welcome us. The housekeeper was kind enough to welcome us earlier so we could rest after a long day of travelling. The windows and doors are completely soundproof, making it very easy to rest, even though we were in the center of the city. The location is phenomenal. Definitely a must stay!!

Sylvie is a credit to the venue. Before we arrived she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was going to be as comfortable as possible. The room itself was amazing; clean, bright and a great space. The balcony is a great feature overlooking the heart of Sorrento. the perfect location for exploring in the day and being close enough to everything you might need. We were visiting as I was proposing the my Girlfriend, which Sylvie helped with. I cant explain how good the Hotel is and how much I would highly recommend.

Loved everything about my stay.

The location was very central to the piazza, shopping, + restaurants. Sylvie was exceptional in helping me with all my needs both before + after my arrival. The rooms were clean + pretty soundproof considering the foot traffic right outside the rental. Check-in was effortless. I would highly recommend Elys Suites + if I am ever in town again, would definitely stay there again.

Location was superb. It offered a continental breakfast but suggest to have other items like yogurt, cereal, fruits, etc. The coffee and pastries were great!

Nothing - it was all great!

Exceptional service. Sylvie was a pleasure to deal with - she was so welcoming and proactive, providing us with a ton of recommendations and help throughout our stay. The location was excellent - we were right in the heart of Sorrento but it still felt cosy and quiet. The room was immaculate and much larger than expected, with a very comfy bed. It even had a balcony that we could sit on and drink an aperitif before heading out for dinner. We would stay again without hesitation.

The room could have used more places to sit and read. One chair and a footstool was not enough. Also, no place to put suitcases (like luggage racks).

Location was excellent. Staff members went out of their way to be very helpful. Coffee machine and morning "sweets" were convenient. Very clean. Flickering light problem was very quickly taken care of. Room was very attractive and modern. Staff deserve special commendation for making our anniversary memorable. Friendly atmosphere. They called our taxi and walked quite a distance with our luggage to meet the taxi.

Very central location. Friendly helpfull staff. Sylvie the manager in charge approached us proactively and helped us to organize local programs. The location of the hotel is great right in the middle of Sorrento with easy access to local attractions, shopping and plenty of dining opptions. The hotel rooms very nicely build felt like brand new and cleaning and roomkeeping was perfect. Despite the location is busy and gets crowded (as you would expect in a centric location) the sound isolation of the rooms were good.

We could not have asked for a better host & property. The location was perfect..with an outstanding view to Piazza Tasso. Sylvie at reception was very friendly and helpful with all our queries. The room was perfect. Spotlessly clean and large comfy bed. Complimentary water, juice, soft drinks and prosecco were a lovely addition and the pastries provided each morning were also a welcome surprise. If you are looking for somewhere situated centrally in Sorrento with super comfortable rooms then Elys Suites is perfect.

the absolute center a few minutes walk from bus stop, ferry and train station. exceptional location combined with the comfort of a two-level studio. friendly staff wonderful atmosphere of old architecture and modern interior. very convenient for visiting the restaurants along the quay

Location is outstanding. A few steps from Piazza Tasso. Building entry unassuming but the floor of the boutique hotel is modern and clean. It felt quite safe. Our room was small but serviceable. A breakfast buffet of sweet pastries was served from 8-11 in the hallway (to bring back to room). There was a coffee machine as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. If we return to Sorrento, we would certainly consider staying here again — but would reserve a larger room.

There was nothing not to like

The room was fabulous, clean and the location was perfect. We had Netflix which was a bonus and our fridge was replenished daily with juice, water and soda's. The best part was Sylvie the manager, fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, an asset to the business. Also like to mention Luisa, the housemaid, who worked hard and kept the premises immaculate. Would go back in a heartbeat

The modern decor is beautiful, and the 2 balconies were fab , one you could sit and look over the town center and the other you could see down a busy street watching people just going about their daily life. The staff where so friendly and helpful would definitely return when we are back in Sorento.

We could not have asked for a better host & property. The location was perfect. Sylvie went above & beyond at every stage to make our stay was as good as it could be and it really was. The small touches in the room were greatly appreciated and the buffet breakfast in the morning were excellent. If you are looking for somewhere situated centrally in Sorrento with super comfortable & quiet rooms for a solid price then hands down Elys Suites is perfect.
