I can honestly say that I have no negative comments about my stay.

Amazing location, lovely large, light and airy room, comfortable bed. Modern bathroom, fantastic shower. Free sky TV, slippers and toiletries supplied. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Gina who went above and beyond to offer help and advice.

We stayed for an entire week and there was insufficient storage/closet space so we had to pretty much live out of our luggage. There is a closet with hangers (and they gave us more hangers) but no place to put most of our clothing. The bathroom was lovely and modern but had very little counter space - and the shower drain kept backing up even though we notified the desk several times.

The location was terrific - right next door to the Villa Barberini and a block from Barbarini Square. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful.

Excellent location. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet—No street noise. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly front desk. Simple modern furnishings. Neighborhood seemed safe and hotel entrances had gates or doors that locked. Reasonable rate for the location.

It’s close to full service but it’s not a full service hotel. So, if you are looking for a full service facility with a bell desk, restaurants etc., this hotel does not fit that.

It was spacious, contemporary, and in a great location. The staff members were amazing! Everyone was great but John and Gina went above and beyond. The breakfast option was convenient.

Not so much a dislike but the mattress is memory foam and needs to be turned around as it’s sinking a little. I rather a spring mattress but that just my preference

The staff, that’s what makes this place amazing. They explained everything you need to know about the room and building, they help you whatever way they need to or ask of them. Gina and John especially amazing they were both incredible and helped us so much and so friendly. Gina and John helped with booking tours and sorting out an issue with had with them as well even after we had checked out. Location is great and the room was all we needed for our stay. The room is super clean and the mini bar is really reasonably priced. We would most definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome.

The hotel is located quite centrally, nevertheless in our room we could not hear any traffic noises. Hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with restaurant reservations and recommendations. Our room was very spacious and clean. Cleaning service was offered regularly. Sauna reached in total up to 53 degrees. We can definitely recommend staying in this hotel and will come back.

It was very clean and close to all amenities. The metro was very close if one needed to use. Also, there were many good places to eat around the hotel which one can walk to within 5 minutes. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, room was comfortable.

A kettle in the room for making tea. But not necessity as the coffee machine was great so we did not miss the tea and had great coffee instead.

They made our stay at Escape Luxury Suite perfect and we would recommend the hotel to all our friends and family and will certainly be visiting again in the near future.

- the mattress on the bed is quite soft and doesn't suit the overall high end feeling of the suite. - the sauna didn't heat more than 49 degrees even after 1h of use, but maybe I didn't know to set it up properly; thoroughly enjoyed it regardless. - the shower is quite poor quality and has issues with temperature fluctuations. - a better wardrobe would be necessary for longer stays. However, all these are minor inconveniences, the overall stay was absolutely amazing and I'd gladly return.

The room is gorgeous and perfectly clean, looks precisely like in the photos. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location amazing. Having a sauna in the room is very enjoyable.

The shower had no curtain so the water would go everywhere after each shower. Our room was close to reception so noisy when people checking in/out. There is a charge of €40 when you arrive after midnight (advertised) even when there was another group arriving after us. The city tax had increased from 7 euro/night to 10euro/night after we booked and they made us pay the higher fee. The fee told to us on booking should have been honoured.

The location was very central. Very close to lovely restaurants and landmarks. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels. The hosts were very responsive to our messages in advance of staying and helped us with maps.

Not so much a ‘dislike’ however we noticed that the A/C did not work in our room - not so much a problem for our stay during November. However, had we stayed in the summer months this would have caused us some concern.

Escape Luxury Suite was a fantastic place to stay for our 3night city break in Rome. Firstly the room was excellent - nice and spacious and clean with a jacuzzi bath to relax in after a long day of walking. The room was kept daily, with fresh towels and toiletries provided and our bed was made up for us daily too. The minibar contained a good selection which was very reasonably priced (not trying to rip you off) but there is a shop across the road from the main exit of the suites. Tea/coffee was provided at no additional cost in the room and breakfast was available at an additional fee. The staff at Escape Luxury were all fantastic, I mean every single one - friendly, attentive, caring and welcoming with some fantastic recommendations of things to do (and more importantly places to eat and drink) in Rome. I liaised with Karen and Gina before arrival, but honestly every member of staff during our visit was 10/10 and made such a positive and significant impact on our stay. The property is situated in a great central location, and on a gentle hill (as with most of Rome’s streets) with lots of restaurants, shops, bars and attractions in the local vicinity. Walking to some of Rome’s infamous attractions from the location of Escape Luxury Suite was no issue, with a 5 minute walk to the Trevi fountain or a brisk 30-40 minute walk to the Vatican City. We found the property to be very quiet, no noise from the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Rome’s bust streets. Overall I would highly recommend this property, and we will 100% return to stay here when we next visit Rome.

We all loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond helping us with any questions we've had about the city, they were the friendliest bunch I've ever encountered. The rooms were also wonderful, the bathroom was spacious, and the sauna/hot tub in the rooms were a great idea. The look from the windows were also wonderful, it was great to see the palm trees and the greek-style statues.
