Found it overall a great hotel and experience. Would suggest changing mattresses for beds on the last floor.

We really liked Gloria who was extremely helpful. The location is amazing as was the view. Dissapointed that the pool was out of order. Apparently vandalism caused it.

Bathroom was small and shower was awkward at best.

The location was great. The lobby was old world elegant. The stairway was grand. The pool was very welcoming after a day of traveling. The desk personnel were helpful and welcoming.

The room was a bit too small and old fashioned but the view made up for it. Breakfast was just okay.

Locations was great and very walkable to all the restaurants, shops, and ferry station.

Rooms are fairly small for the price. The shower grouting needed updating but otherwise bathroom was mdoern and clean. Breakfast was lacking range, vegetarian options, and water for the table.

Amazing view in the heart of Bellagio. Exceptionally close to the ferry terminal, all the hustle and bustle and the good places to eat, without being disrupted by noise. Good pressure in the shower. Generally clean.

If I had to nip pick, the pool didnt look ever so clean so didnt take a dip as first thought. It would also have been great especially knowing it was our honeymoon for them to offer to help with booking a boat trip as other than eating and walking there is very little to do there, when we arrived some months after booking, every boat trip was fully booked. This would just be a nice added extra but certainly not a complaint.

The location is amazing!! We loved this hotel. Very welcoming, great location and the lake view room was super spacious and clean. We would highly recommend.

One of the mattresses was horrid and felt more like a box spring. There was zero Wi-Fi in the room.

Beautiful historic hotel with excellent service and location. Very nice updated bath. Breakfast was wonderful and air conditioning above average.

Coffee machine did not work properly.

Location was excellent. Staff were very accommodating solving our travel problems and went out of their way to help. The swimming pool was a lovely surprise.

Hard to say - on par for a three star hotel. As mentioned in other reviews, I could hear the musical entertainment at night, but it didn't bother me. If you're a very light sleeper, maybe this isn't the place for you - but then you would be sacrificing the location.

A tale of two hotels: on a recent stay I had two rooms. The superior room was incredible - spacious, clear, view of the lake - truly lovely. The second room, a standard, was... standard. Very clean, but small and no view. If you can, I would spend the extra for the superior room. The hotel itself is lovely, from a bygone age. It's not a 4 star - the breakfast is fine but not the best I've ever had (they have fixed the coffee machine mentioned in other reviews), and there is no kettle in the room. But the location can't be beat, the staff is very friendly, and we even enjoyed the lovely (small) pool. I'd stay there again.

Excellent location in the centre of Bellagio, close to bus stop & ferries - also restaurants were all walking distance. Excellent breakfast. We couldn't fault this hotel.

Location couldn’t be better! Staff were super friendly and helpful and we loved relaxing by the pool out the back. A special thank you to Simone who worked at the hotel bar/restaurant - thank you for making us tea and limoncello spritz’s so we could take back to our room and drink on our balcony!

I enjoyed the whole experience.celebrating my daughter’s 40th birthday.the scenery from lake como is amazing.the only one problem was the journey.we traveled on our own.next time go on a package.where you get picked up from airport.

As a seasoned traveler, this was not the 4star experience I was expecting. Though the room was clean and we had a beautiful lake view, it was basic small room where the decor did not match the name of the hotel. It was in fact simple. The toilet lid came off every time it was opened or closed. As a consequence we got moved to a room with a balcony where all boxes were ticked. However, the shower was not fully functional. The staff were accommodating but it seemed as if they had heard all these complaints before and had resigned to the facts. The lift is small and dated, felt it was safer and quicker to use the stairs. Didn’t really get time to tour the garden or pool but the location is excellent being opposite one of the piers. Breakfast options were the usual hotel continental choices but a smaller range.

Bins being collected outside at 4 am was very noisy.

Wonderful welcome from Gloria, room was delightful as was breakfast, unfortunately there was a lot of noise outside on each of the 3 nights we stayed . Bellagio was wonderful and easy to explore and get to the surrounding areas easily via the busy ferry systems.

The mattress and dust and old blankets

The location was fabulous. The bed was terrible and there was dust on the bottom shelf of my night table and dust on the armoire. I litterally took my purse out from the night table and there was a lot of dust on it.
