Filippo is very helpful and responsive to my questions during my stay. The location is excellent to the Duomo and shopping, and you could grocery and cafe nearby. The place is clean, well quipped and spacious for a couple.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower, which could use some improvement, but it wasn’t a big issue overall. I still highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Milan.

This apartment has an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Milan Central rail station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. There are plenty of nearby places to eat, and the apartment itself is spacious, with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host (Filippo) was excellent—he was responsive and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Milan.

Getting into the apartment was a little tricky, especially coming in at night. The elevator was down for a day which added to the confusion. However... the host was extremely responsive, sent detailed information/videos on how to get in, and was quick to respond after hours or any time. I really appreciate the responsiveness and attention to detail.

Although I travelled alone, this apartment could have been great for two people as well. It was a really good value for the size and amenities of the apartment. I loved that it was closer to the train station and it was located in a cute little neighborhood. Getting to the city center was walkable (about 2-3km) with lovely shops and sights to see along the way. Loved having the mini fridge for food and drinks and air conditioning after a long hot day.

The apartment is very well located for travellers coming by train. It was only 400 etres form Milano Centrale. The apartment is clean and well equpped and the host (Filippo) was very attentive via messaging and provided good instructions on the facilities via e-mail and text messages. The location is very handy for both the Duomo (Cathedral) and central station.

The hydro massage shower panel needed some extra cleaning

Lovely apartment, close to Central railway station, subway and tram stations. Complementary coffee and toiletries. Good communication with the host before our arrival and during our stay. Filippo recommended us some good restaurants an the area. Amazing plant-based patisserie right next door.
