The shower behaves in a strange way, this is the only thing I did not like. It was clean though!

I liked the atmosphere and our room had a direct view of the lake! Peacefuly, authentic area as well. Not exactly in the "center" however the walk is short and enjoyable. Staff is friendly, and the private parking is great as well. I assume the place is owned by one family, being passed down generation, which I also find cool.

- Great place with an amazing balcony with a Mountain View. Breakfast buffet was really tasty. - The lady at the reception also gave us some tips what to see and where in Bellagio. - Great location, a bit more quiet than the city center. But still very close and an easily walkable distance everywhere in Bellagio. - Only stayed there for 1 night because of the planned trip, but I’d stay there for the whole week if I could.

A lovely family hotel! Although we arrived much earlier, we immediately received the keys to the room. The lady at the reception also gave us a map and showed us the beautiful trails that we did! Very good breakfast. Our room had a balcony from which we could admire both the lake and the mountain. In the room (although we also had breakfast) we found tea, sugar, coffee. We felt spoiled! I am terribly sorry that we only stayed one day.

Maybe i was tired, but i felt cold in the room. The breakfast staff was not very nice. The hotel is a good 15 mins walk to the old town.

Comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast. I received a map at check,-in and the ladies at reception explained to me what to see in Bellagio. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a kettle and fridge in the room.

The hotel is not walkable from the center of town. The road is small, dark, curvy, no shoulder to walk on so dangerous and over a mile from town. We rode a bus into town but found out the hard way there was no bus running after 8 PM (we were at the bus stop about 8:30). Also no taxi’s in town to take us back to the hotel. We talked a driver waiting for his group to finish dinner to take us to the hotel. The hotel staff took us to the ferry for a price when we lef.

The breakfast room was large and super cute! There was a wide variety of cold breakfast selections.

Our room (8) faced the street and there was a little traffic noise until around 11pm and a dog (not the owner's dog) who barked at the cars.

Very convenient location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff (including the dog) it's a short walk to town. If you're driving, it's a short drive (turn right out of the parking lot) look for parking spaces marked in white (free) or blue (pay). If you don't find any, you will have to loop your way back to the property.

It’s a far walk from town. Would be fine if we didn’t have luggage but 20 minutes from the Ferry port was difficult.

Friendly staff who allowed us to check in late and store our luggage the next day. Spacious room with beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Clean, smells good, loved everything about our room!! Breakfast was also amazing.

I was hoping to see someone from the hotel on my arrival with a ferry. I could not find the hotel easily, and public transport is not reliable.
