The cleanliness around the pool could be better, and it would be nice to have the pool heated, as it was quite cold and not enjoyable in cooler weather. Additionally, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no separation between the new, modern suites and the older hotel section. The reception, check-in, additional spa, and dining area are all located in the older section, which affects the service style. This is not reflected on Booking nor in the price.

We had a great experience at the suites! The suite itself is very modern and stylish. The sauna and bathtub in the room were comfortable and enjoyable. Room service was excellent, and the option to order breakfast to the room really enhances the experience. Overall, it felt intimate and private.

There is a farm or something like that next to the lodging, so sometimes one could smell that there are animals nearby and there were some flies as well.

The room compartmentalization is a bit odd and the paint throughout is a bit too dark. Would've been nice to have some white painted walls that could reflect the abundance of light coming in from all the windows

This is an absolutely amazing property in the Alpi di Siusi run by the Thomaseth Family with exceptional dedication, customer service and attention to detail. We visited on my birthday weekend and they even prepared a small greeting card and gift for me on the morning of the birthday at breakfast and all wished me Happy Birthday, which was exceptional, honest and very well received. They were incredibly accommodating to our pet cat, questions on how to best see the area, tips on where to eat. Amazing facilities and value over money everywhere throughout the property. Super nice views of the pastoral landscape from the Green Suites. Sauna in each room. Outdoor bathtub room - amazing experience to have a bath at the foot of the alps smelling fresh air. Superb breakfast, not one thing missing. Eggs, as you like, upon requested, executed perfectly at no extra charge. Coffee each morning, again, made upon request - warm and fresh

The Green suite we booked was very nicely laid out, private and roomy. I loved the outdoor spaces and all the windows. We did use the sauna and outdoor bathtub and the lounging hammock. It was luxurious. The hotel amenities were nice as well. We enjoyed their outdoor patio for drinks and the food in the restaurant was very delicious and so convenient.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to have a few more non-dairy and gluten-free options, and a little more fruit diversity for breakfast, to find a way to match the expecations of people who have food intolerances.

The Sud Tyrol Hospitality at its best. Amazing staff and managers who run very comfortable and well organized facilities in a great location (even though it's not located in the ski area exactly, it's near the main lift station at Alpe di Siuisi. which you can reach by car or bus). Beautifully decorated, spacious room (we stayed in a Green Suite), good food, fabulous service in a familiar - and very professional - unit that more than accommodation, is a whole experience. Many thanks to the Thomaseth Family, we had a great time.

However, it has been converted from a three-star hotel and still relies entirely on its original facilities. All amenities, including the pool (which is unavailable in winter), belong to the three-star hotel, and the service level matches that standard as well. If you’re staying here purely for the aesthetics and unique design, it might be worth considering. But if you expect the level of service, facilities, and dining experience to match the price point, you might want to lower your expectations.

The architecture and design of this hotel are visually impressive and well thought out.

As others have said, the photos are misleading. These suites are off the back of a hotel in the middle of a town surrounded by neighbors - not isolated in the woods. Meals are served in a back lobby area, separate from the restaurant if staying in the suites. We didn't like how we were treated by the management as we left. Do not miss the cancellation window!! There will be no exceptions, no matter the circumstance or how many weeks in advance of your stay.

The room itself was lovely. It was spacious and clean, and the sauna was a nice touch. The surroundings are not private, so we kept the curtains drawn when using the soaking tub. Easy walk to restaurants.
