Amazing location, right in the heart of beautiful Rome. The views from the rooftop bar is spectacular. We loved this hotel. The inside is nothing less that characterful. Nothing OTT but you know you're in Rome! Staff are amazing and very accommodating too.

Room was comfortable just. The old vibe is old. The bathroom was very poor, for a 4 star the shower in a cramped bath was awful. Lifts very small old and slow.

Location. Close by the Forum and Colesium. However the restaurant and the American bar on the roof were terrific, not for the food but the open air vista of old Rome, just as your picture shows. Wonderful for cocktails, breakfast and dinner. The bed was very comfortable.

Good location and clean facilities, however, it is not up to a 4star standard hotel. furniture is dated, beds were not comfortable, AC is barely working, no complimentary water offered, breakfast was not of a 4 star hotel quality, limited variety, no freshly cut fruits offered, only whole unpeeled fruits, only scrambled eggs available and when asking for hard boiled eggs, was told will be an extra charge on the room! We’ve been in 3 star hotels that offered better breakfast variety. Also, customer service wasn’t very please t with Some of the Front desk personnel not very friendly either. Although the location of this hotel is very central, I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

I loved everything.

The location is wonderful and near the Colosseum. The hotel is elegant, clean and beautifully furnished. The staff are first class, respectful and eager to assist. The rooftop restaurant is superb. This is the only place to stay.

The room cleaning was awful! They didnt clean the room and bathroom properly !! , the decoration was very old .. the room was very very small .. they dont even put trash in the bathroom !! Imagine Nobody even helped me with my luggage when i arrived !! .. it was good to stay in the center .. but it was so bad to be treated like this !!

The location was great , and the old architecture of the hotel is amazing and describes the story of the historical aspect of forum - also the rooftop has a great panoramic view it had a good experience in the breakfast

Outside of the location, the value for this property is subpar, at best. Beds and pillows are rock hard. Staff was unfriendly. Air conditioning in Rome is bad in the summer, but somehow this was worse. We paid for the breakfast, which by European standards was poor. Layout of the hotel is confusing and hard to manage with luggage. It was our last stop in Italy and unfortunately was a disappointment.

Location is truly unbeatable. They have a bar overlooking the Forum, it's gorgeous.

It was full of loud Americans! There was extremely loud music being played all day every day till 12.00 pm . Tiny room and bathroom. Lift minute. Dark inside.

Alot of noise in the morning and throughout the day. They were renovating something(I pressume) and drilling and hammering started at 8 am sharp

elevators need updating, a/c not enough for june... breakfast has very poor options, I consider expensive breakfast vs price in other similar stars hotels in Eu. note; We do travel 4 stars very often.

Room was fine but noisy due to music from the bar above. breakfast was expensive - better off going to cafes near hotel. Also at checkout we were charged for extra breakfasts we did not incur. This was reversed but hotel should be aware or have customers sign for charges.

Very old hotel, smells very bad, outdated and not renovated at all. Visually it's pleasant but you just feel how old it is in a bad way, room was much smaller than expected, i could hear everything from neighbour rooms. When I went for a walk later at night - hotel inside had a terrible smell, just extremely bad.... Thats not even close to 4 star hotel experience...
