The room was modern and had everything you needed, access was straightforward and staff were really helpful. Not much going on in the area but really close to train station and metro so easy for sightseeing and good value stay

The weak point of this place is bathroom, lack of ventilation and lot of humidity, subsequently fungs on the ceiling.

Good lacation not so far from the down town, comfortable subway connection. Silent neighbourhood. Polite personel however without english comunication.

The toilet and sink were so narrow that it was hard to wipe your butt

What I particularly liked were the many small, beautiful details in the room. Fruit biscuits coffee was very good rusks and jam, the kitchen was also equipped with salt oil cutlery pots and everything you need in a small kitchen. The online service via WhatsApp was also very good.

The lobby and showers were a bit tight. But we got used to it and after a while it didn’t bother us.

The apartment is very close to metro station and a bus line that took us straight to the city. The neighborhood was quiet yet offered wonderful coffee shops, few restaurants, and a large supermarket. It felt safe and friendly. The apartments we booked were both very clean, modernly designed, and well equipped. The AC was operating great, and there were yummy treats waiting for us 😊 The Owner was very responsive and provided everything we needed. We were especially grateful for his help with our languages on the last day!

Air conditioning didn’t work on two very hot days and all we got was an empty apologies from the host. The room isn’t very spacious and has really little storage. The shower didn’t drain water well and there was sewage smell coming from it. Place was quite dusty in particular under the bed.

We had a problem with fluctuating hot water pressure, which meant the shower alternated between very hot / very cold water, and we had no hot water in the basin. However, the property manager was on it right away and called a plumber as soon as we notified her, and he was on the premises to fix the problem within 2 hours.

The accommodation was located in a lovely residential area with plenty of local shops nearby, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Metro (line A) and also from the Appia Nuova (a good shopping street) - so, really convenient. The room was very comfortable, with a handy kitchenette area. The bed was blissfully comfy too. It was a luxury to have a Nespresso machine in the room, ensuring decent coffee as soon as you wake up (next time, though, we would like to have some little milk capsules too, for those who prefer caffé macchiato). A clever door mechanism activated by phone means that you don't have to worry about room keys. Both managers we spoke to / met during our stay were very attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this as a base for a short stay in Rome.

There were no such things. Maybe there could be more dishes in the kitchen, but thats such a minor thing to bring out.

The location was great, you could use public transport to go anywhere you liked. Also many supermarkets and great restaurants were near by. The room was small, but had all the necessary things, even bonus things like iron and washer. The beds were comfortable and the staff was approachable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Blanket didn't have sheets. Maybe it is a norm in italy to put a blanket between two sheets.

Breakfast kit was very adorable. Rooms were nice and clean. AC was working and everything to cook with was there.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your location, which was marketed as a hotel but turned out to be an Airbnb-style accommodation. Misrepresentation: The listing for this location was advertised as a hotel, but upon arrival, I found that it was an Airbnb-style apartment complex. This misrepresentation was not only misleading but also caused significant inconvenience. If you rent a car the location is not a good area and you cannot find parking anywhere.

The check in was very stressing as our flight arrived at 1am and for the door, access control required me to use my local number to make a call for access activation which was not possible as I was not using roaming services. The number of the host indicated was almost always not picked up, luckily there was an alternative number, however the lady did not understand much english and communication was difficult. Not the best neighborhood. Sewage smell in one of the rooms.

The location and the access to most tourist attractions is not good at all. You should use the bus which is almost full and the waiting time is more than 20 mins and it takes 40-45 mins to reach city center , the same with metro. Considering 3 and 4 star hotels in better location, the preis for this suite is really high and expensive. Because of that we stayed the rest of our holiday in a hotel in city center. Not at all comparable. The only positive thing is that you have a kitchen to cook. There is no personal there. Everything is online via chat. Very small place with no hallway, lobby and other space.

Worst experience ever in Rome and in Italy. Very very small, the pictures are not realistic. The location was not 8 min walking from metro has said before. Also the comunication with the apartament was terrible,not replying on booking, e-mails, etc. It says the appartment has kitchennete, meanwhile it’s impossible to cook anything more substancial because there are no good pans neither kitchen stuff, we were two, and there was only one fork to use, it’s ridiculous. The shower could have a door to not spill water all over the bathroom. Had good expectations and it was literally the worst experience ever. No one bothered to welcome us there, and not one call or text to see if everything is okay, terrible costumer service.
