Our room had a lounge (which was a pull out sofa bed) which was uncomfortable to sit on as the fold out section would not sit correctly for day time sitting.

Loved every part of our stay! Exceptional in every way! Staff were the best! Everyone was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful and polite.

It was a very good, clean and comfortable hotel, the bed was extremly comfortable and we finally had no back pain in Italy. Loved everything about it. The breakfast is also a highlight! savory dishes also there and super nice people helping when needed. Close to Coloseum and many nice restaurants 🥰 will return when in Rom.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Quick and easy check in, good sized room with a lovely view. The room seemed to be recently refurbished, the bathroom was very large with a huge shower. The location is perfect for walking everywhere.

Someone set the fire alarm off early in the morning. No announcements when it was over. Scared tourists walking around. Better communication if there is a next time

Lovely hotel in a strategic position. Large newly renovated room, equipped with all comforts. Staff is kind and professional. Breakfast is rich and ready to meet every taste - there's also a corner where they make you fresh fruit and vegetables smoothies. Recommended.

Hotel is conveniently located fairly near to the main station and several principal sights, including the Coliseum. Staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom recently modernised with excellent facilities and ambience. Only one criticism: the bar area is barn like and lacks atmosphere. In all other respects the hotel is to be thoroughly recommended.

Booking.com listed the property as having parking. Upon arrival I was told that the parking garage was a 5 minute walk from the property. I had to take the car there. Later I found out that there was a parking garage in the same building with elevator access to the hotel. I have no idea why they did that but it definitely soured the experience of an otherwise pretty good hotel.

The shower could do with updating and the water was slow to drain. There was no complimentary water until the second night, only paid options from the minibar.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was huge! Breakfast had lots of different options, apart from cooked options which I prefer (this may be a typically Italian style of breakfast however). The staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help during breakfast.
