Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Luka and Manuela, and housekeeping personnel - were utmostly engaged. Welcoming, giving attention to our little needs. Such 'warm' and attentive hospitality we have not experienced anywhere else. Manuela's fantastic cooking, cakes we will remember forever - cheesecake, brownie, cookies, carrot cake, and many more. Macchiatones and cappuccinos-wonderful! All with a smile. Luka telling us about the hotel, the region, places best to see if a day off skiing. Even packed breakfasts on our super early departure last day. Rooms and hotel spotlessly clean. We've asked for thinner duvet cover and we instantly had it. The location could not be better, v.close to the skilift, the views, the weather, snow, variety of ski tracks, all in all - best skiing holiday for us.

You can always have a drink on the bar hosted by the Owners or go for a walk in Pinzolo Center just a few minutes walking distance. Location is excellent, just steps away from rental, from gondola, everything is right there. Facility is very clean, newly redone. Couple, who runs the place is VERY friendly and helpful.
