One thing, you can use the Internet freely and you can download anything you need, but for some reason you can't upload anything. I had an important video to upload to my official social media but it didn't work.

The staff are sooo friendly and the hotel is very comfortable and clean. No noise outside, and you have everything you need inside the room. It will be my choice if I ever visit Rome again.

Great situation near termini and the main attactions in the city center. Big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Conaidering the price and quality i think is a perfect choice to stay several days in Rome.

Everything old. No soundproofing. Very bad cellular reception. The shower cabin was badly leaking, to make it worse bathroom floor was wooden and without a drain hole. No radiator in the bathroom too.

* Air condition works very noisily with the sound of splashing water, which is really annoying at night. * Probably because the hotel is in an old house with thick walls, the court and the gate, my phone didn't catch the mobile network and I could use it only outside, which was really inconvenient.

* Great location in the centre of Roma on Via Nazionale: just two minutes' walk from Repubblica metro station and 10 minutes from Termini train station; a lot of restaurants and shops around; walking distance to Colosseum and many other attractions. * Quite a big room with good lighting.

Beds were very uncomfortable, too flat. The lifts were very small. It was like four knox Noise at night from Apartments above Breakfast was limited.

They tried to contact me quite often before arriving. As I didn't answer, I got at my arrival a negative remark about that. I don't like to have to respond on the spot.

Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Room very dull and plan. Had to use extra blankets to lay on bed for some type of comfort. Looks like no updates in quite some time. Garbage trucks every morning @ 6am in the alley as your alarm clock behind hotel which is the wall that all view rooms have but your just looking into an alley. Reminds me of very cheap properties but this wasn’t advertised or promoted as such.

Central Location to Rome and breakfast

My room had a plumbing issue where the toilet didn't work. I had to use the common toilet for a day. I was then later transferred to a different room, which was fine but also inconvenient. The room also felt very cold even after switching off the AC. The hotel is not so obvious to find, it is tucked away behind a big wooden gate in a mixed concept building where you have to call the receptionist to come get you.

The property is located in a very good area. It is located on Via Nationale, which is a 10 minute walk from the Termini station and all major landmarks are within reasonable walking distance. There are many nice shops, boutiques, cafe's and restaurants in the area. The staff were very polite and accommodating, in particular a receptionist called Beatrice. The breakfast was decent with croissants, breads, eggs, cold cuts and cereals. The rooms were a decent size and generally comfortable, they also provided complimentary tea's and coffee's in the room with a hot water kettle.

Very loud place. Our room was the last in the corridor and looks like outside is pub or karaoke - music was very loud and we did not sleep good. The beds were old and squeak. Power socket are just behind the pillow, not next to the bad: was not comfortable to charge the phone at night, also could not go to sleep with wet hair. Light is also not next to the bad, but just above the head - not comfortable to use.

Hotel is close to the city center, we did not use public transport at all. The breakfast was fine, but limited options and only the worker can touch the food.

The room was dark and an odd shape. The breakfast was not very good and in a small room. There were dark hairs on my bathroom floor when I first arrived in the room. I found it expensive for what it was compared to other hotels I've stayed in in other parts of Italy and Europe.

The staff were great, warm and friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area that suited me for my weekend which is why I chose it.
