Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The location is not exactly central, but it is close to the central station, metro, and tram, making transportation quite easy. However, the city center and tourist attractions are not within walking distance, so using public transport is necessary. The cleanliness was good, and the internet connection worked smoothly. I had no issues with hot water, but the water pressure in both the bathroom and sink was quite low, and there was no extra showerhead. The building is not exclusively for the hotel. To enter, you need to ring the bell at the entrance, and the reception will open the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

I don’t like that it’s situated on the 3rd floor and the entrance door was closed. I called into the bell and the door was opened fortunately just in several seconds. I was traveling alone and the area is not so safe.

Clean, modern and well furnished. The size of the room is pretty much big in comparison with a lot of others hotels. The bathroom and shower areas were very clean and there were everything you will need. In the room was very warm

Unfortunately, I found that a part of purchase were stolen, when I left them in refrigerator in admin room. There were not a too much of cost, but it means that your stay is not safe. Hope you can check the camera of the last evening and next morning of my stay in hotel, and find robbery.

We had a junior suite and it is exactly like on the pics. This hotel is excellently located next to Milano Centrale. Another positive thing is it's staff members who are excellent and very friendly. I would not mind staying here again in the future. The only drawback was the heating even though we switched it off, it was still very hot.

It was not obvious at first how to get into the hotel to be able to check-in, and a bit odd to have to leave the room key at the front desk every time you go out.

Was a great place to stay when I had a half day to explore Milan before having to be at MXP early as it was easy to hop over the train station. Lots of cheap but good-looking food options around and the illusions museum was an interesting way to spend an hour. The room itself was small but well-outfitted, and the shower was quite nice. WiFi was good enough and the windows and shades were nice for both ventilation and good darkness for sleeping. They let me keep my luggage (including skis) there for a couple of hours before rooms became available which was a real lifesaver.

A strong perfumed smell in the corridors but not in the room which was good. They set up the beds wrong but were able to fix it quickly.

Convenient location, right by the train station. We arrived late at night and it was only a few minutes and great to have 24h reception. Clean and tidy. Have stayed in other Italian hotels before and this was really good comparatively.
