Hotel could do with freshing up - re painting including the entrance Shower tray needs bleaching? shower head decaying PLASTIC PLATES AND CUPS at breakfast please add some Sicilian character! Plastic covering on tables

My room was in a "blind spot" between 2 internet rooters so I had ZERO internet in my room. Very uncomfortable for me. I asked reception but I was told that it is my problem. I stayed before in this hotel in other rooms and was no problem with internet.

Super location, right on the main shopping and pedestrian street and 50 meters from the bus stop to the airport. Breakfast is nice Italian style. The common areas and the rooms are with very interesting frescoes and stuccoes, it is very stylish :)

The reception is on the 1st floor so you have to ring a bell for the main door to be opened

The room’s furnishings were older and not always functional. The breakfasts were always the same.

I woke up with a very loud voice from the staff that I don't know if they are fighting or arguing and this is made me not comfortable. The breakfast is very basic.

The bad not enough comfortable

Excellent location, in the historical centre of the city. Little breakfast, how my expectation. Room was old style and not in perfect condition but the hotel was very economic. Balcony and and good illuminated

The parking is not the easiest task since the hotel is in the middle of a pedestrian zone and carribineris/local police are monitoring the streets and gives fines if you violate the rules. But this is more like a hint not a negative feedback.

The location, the staff and the hotel itself was awesome. The room was beautiful the ceiling fresco is nice, the bathroom is spacious. It has a unique and lovely atmosphere I give them that. Everything is near as this hotel is in the city center. The breakfast is okay, the service is polite. Classic Italian style.

A bit low maintenance for the facility. The bathroom should be improved as the water always clogged for a while and it's everywhere in the bathroom. But overall it's very clean.

Beautiful hotel that have gorgeous celling for the common space and bedroom. Well located area, next to bus to go everywhere included bus to airport.

There could have been more plugs in the room.

The staff were great and the location is perfect. Easy public transport connections and a short walk to the centre. There's a fantastic market close by, and a view of Etna from the hotel.
