Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bath is amazing for a couple with a young kid, and finally we could have some private moments and enjoy the wine offered by the owner

United KingdomSometimes it was difficult to find a place to park, think its just a difficult location for driving but there was a festival for the Saints Day, so everywhere was really full.
The best feature was the spa, although in the photo I didn't quite realise its the first thing you see when you walk in. Breakfast snacks and teas and coffees were provided for us. Perfect location for us as we close to the town centre.

The apartment was fully furnished with all the amenities stated and all in excellent working order. The gift of Prosecco as a welcoming drink was greatly appreciated and a nice touch. The outdoor space was very nice.

the place was very modern,clean,breakfast provided and the host was very kind and helpful.It was a comfortable bed,nice bathroom and shower and if you like a jacuzzi...it was very relaxing The apartment is well placed for the port area of Briindisi which is near restaurants and lovely harbour

New ZealandParking was difficult to find near by and it was about a 15min walk to the old town/restaurant areas.
This was the best set up apartment we stayed in Puglia. It was large, air conditioned, separate bathroom, had a small patio, super comfortable bed, cutlery and cups, and a WASHING MACHINE!! We could wash all our sweaty clothes properly!
