The snoring from the next room was too loud. The house is 1885 age old, so it is obvious that the walls are thin. The cleaning wasn't provided on the 3rd day of my stay (25.04).

Convenient location: very close to metro and bus stations, walking distance to plenty of interesting places, yet a bit away from noisy streets. Very friendly hosts Costanza and her mom. Enjoyable breakfast at Rosemary.

For us the biggest downside was how noisy the room is. Since it is an old building, the windows are not soundproof and the streets are very noisy all day and night long. We could also hear other customers come and go inside the flat and people talking on the streets. Also, the bathroom could use a bit more thorough cleaning (limescale, mold and hair left everywhere in the shower and sink). Also, it's a bit sad that the cute balcony is not furnished/decorated and thus not really usable.

Very charming little flat perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Most monuments are accessible by foot which is convenient. The neighbourhood is where many government buildings are located so the area is very safe. The room is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We have been welcomed by Costanza who kindly advised us on what to see and do in Rome.

The property is 1 minute walk to public transportation, has a wonderful view, it's short walk closed to the key points of Roma and features everything you need for a stay. Costanza is a great host, really friendly and always aiming to create the perfect experience for you.

Costanza is one of the most positive and helpful people I've ever met. I can recomend Guest House Querini for Everyone. Location is Best of the Best, in the Centre of all of atractions, but still quite. Rooms are beautiful, room service is every day. I couln't choose better.

My experience at this property was disappointing for several reasons. Upon my arrival, the communication was unclear regarding the services offered. In particular, it was never specified to me that luggage storage was not guaranteed on Sundays, which caused me great inconvenience, especially since I have difficulty carrying weights. This information should have been clearly communicated during the booking process or at least in the welcome message. Furthermore, after pointing out this lack of communication, I found myself accused of alleged damage to the room. The reality is that the bedspread that they accused us of damaging got wet with WATER. No negligence on our part, just a small accident due to a distraction by my friend who was not feeling well and the malfunction of the shower head that if not closed pressing the button hardly, it kept licking. The "stains" for which they charged us an extra cost post check out were in fact only WATER and consequently I refused to pay the unjust charge. In addition, the property made unfounded accusations about alleged damage to the Wi-Fi and the air conditioning remote control, things that we never touched or used improperly. The whole thing seemed to me to be an exaggerated and unjustified reaction after my report on the management of the luggage storage. The property is in a beautiful building and the rooms are very small but nice, but the walls are not thick and you can hear all kinds of noise. I have been traveling with Booking for over a decade and have never had problems of this type. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a negative impression on the seriousness of the management of the property.

I didn’t love the check in process. Maybe I misread but I thought it was going to have more of a hotel setup. This is truly an apartment with multiple rooms and a shared foyer. It was fine but caught me off guard a little.

The location was decent. It is about 20-30 min walking to the main attractions. Located on a quiet street.

Despite renting the room for two people, we encountered difficulties when we requested an additional set of keys. We were informed that this was considered a 'special request' and should have been communicated beforehand. The practice of not providing a second set of keys by default was inconvenient and limited our ability to have different schedules. We experienced an uncomfortable situation where the housekeeper questioned us about the small towels missing from the room, even implying that we should check our bags for them. The beds were too narrow, which led to a restless sleep as we woke up several times during the night. The absence of a full-length mirror was a minor inconvenience that could be improved upon.

The location of the property is excellent, being only a few hundred meters from the Republique metro station. The process of receiving the keys was smooth and hassle-free. Cleanliness was maintained to a good standard throughout our stay. Having a small refrigerator in the room was a convenient amenity.
