It was a gorgeous house, the welcome was great, there is shared facilities ina kitchen was brill to cook, it was 5 mins from the train station that took you straight to lake como or straight into Milan and other links. The garden was gorgeous, overall just a lovely stay

The building itself and the room are very beautiful. The equipment is very homely, the bed is comfortable, the garden is quiet, and the owner is especially friendly. The city center is a maximum of 15 minutes by bus. I highly recommend it, I want to come back :)

The location - too far from the center The room - you could hear everything and voices from the other room, the floor vey old, we had to walk slowly to make sure not yo wake-up other guests in next room. Bathroom - no shampoo, and it was a shared room, for which we were not told by the host. Shared kitchen - but empty, at least a bottle of water to be left in the fridge. No shop or supermarket nearby, and the street is dark with no lights, so consider that! Too much mosquitos if you would leave the window open…

The host was ok, but did not see him after he asked for city tax pay. The room was clean when we arrived.

The location (very close to a train station and bus stops) was good. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The room was big, very clean and had a TV and lots of books. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom perfect.

The location to old town centre. Accommodation not in the centre of old town which made it more affordable and with the train walking distance away it was really convenient to get to the old town centre. Huge and convenient supermarket close by.

There’s really nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Very beautiful house with a beautiful garden. Our room was furnished in style and very comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot that was very well equipped. The bathroom was very clean and was shared with another room but that was known before and there were no problems. There’s a bus stop right in front of the house and there are more in 5 minute walking distance so it’s easy to get into Como by bus.

We were greeted by the housekeeper, she was lovely and showed us absolutely everything. Location is brilliant, a short walk from Como Camerlata station. The property had everything you could want and a lovely outdoor area too.

The room did get a little hot and there was no AC. Location is a bit far from Como centre, but there are bus stops nearby.

Nothing to dislike

Quiet courtyard location. Provision of refrigerator, snacks and coffee making facilities. Plenty of room in bedroom and bathroom. Very clean uptodate facilities. Staff very welcoming and gave very helpful tourist advice.

You have to walk around 40-50 minutes to the city center/station. For someone this may be a con but we enjoyed walking down to the city everyday :))

We enjoyed our stay! The Villa is very charming and pretty and has a vintage vibe. We also had a pretty garden view and enjoyed our breakfast there. Federico was very helpful, he arranged that we could check in at 7:30am in the morning :)) the kitchen had everything needed. I strongly recommend this villa!

Nothing, everything’s perfect.

Place is nice and clean and the host is very accommodating. They even have patio, though it’s winter when we went there, you’ll get the most out of it during summer. Main bus stop is also nearby. Good value for money.

when we have gotten the room , we have had problems with the door for opening and closing. I think there is a problem with key and door that It’s very old and they have to fix it because we had a long time to open it and close it. As well, the bed had many hairs which was so nasty. our friends came and gave us some stuff and wanted to eat the breakfast with us,someone came to us and spoke rudely with us and he was angry. He got our passports for the second time and took pictures again and this is the first time I faced a situation like that

The hosts and villa was lovely, had everything we wanted. Had to get the train/bus into the centre but there were plenty of buses nearby and the train station was only a 5 minute walk away.
