Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The perfect location in Rome - right on the Spanish Steps and a few minutes walk from Spagna Metro station with easy access to Termini and the Airport train. Gorgeous building with only a few rooms in the property. Super comfy bed, great shower and coffee machine in the room. Super friendly hosts - such a great place to stay in Rome.

IrelandThere was a problem with hot water a few days despite staff ‘s best efforts. It would have been better to have been able to take breakfast there and have a common area. We were with friends but there was no where to chat except the bedrooms. But to be fair there were lots of cafes very nearby.
The room was quiet and had lovely views ( 4th floor) but was still just a few metres from the Spanish steps

United StatesWe were thrilled with our experience at this hotel. It is very new, so we took a chance on a hotel with no reviews yet, and were so pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect, on a side street of Spagna piazza, just steps from the metro station, the Spanish steps, and tons of restaurants and shopping. Despite this, we had peace and quiet and loved sitting on our balcony and watching the world go by. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully updated and decorated, clean and comfortable- especially the bed. There is a fridge and espresso maker, as well as serving ware in the room. Water pressure was great (once I figured out how to turn it on) from a backlit rain bar. We will definitely return anytime we are in Rome. Thanks for a great stay! :)

The balcony was lovely to sit on and enjoy the views. Last but not least the staff were so accommodating and very helpful! 10/10 definitely recommend for anyone wanting a lovely stay in Rome

United StatesOn the 3rd day of our stay we were asked if they could remove the couch we had in our room so they can put it in another room. What made it even worse & unprofessional was how when my boyfriend informed the employee that we are in the middle of getting ready, had specific plans to be somewhere, & that we would allow them to move it when we were finished the employee wanted to do it “right now”. Absolutely disgusted by the demand I spoke to the employee myself. The move of the couch was already an inconvenience but to then make the demand to do it right then & there after letting her know we were in the process of getting ready & would let her take it afterwards was absurd. Unprofessional, demanding, rude, ghetto, & very inconsiderate behavior. The hotel staff (one person) is only there for a certain time of day & it seemed like she was prioritizing that over providing decent customer service.
