Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomWe had two rooms and one room was a bit dated and the shower pressure was weak. Borgata wasn't a great location as the 1/2 the slopes were closed New Years week. Ski rental is next door but is very crowded beginning of the week in AM.
Breakfast was excellent; as were dinners. Service was terrific! Bar service was fantastic. Location in Borgata is very good as it easy to get to the lifts. Staff were friendly and supportive in every way. Ski rental next door.

FranceWe were at the ground floor, very convenient to be next to the ski room but very noisy (very badly insolated). The kitchen is also on the same floor which is noisy. There was also loud music from 6am which woke us up (even if we do like Queen). It is true that breakfast has good choice but the quality could be improved as we are in Italy!
Location is amazing ski in and out very easily (but need a car to go out in town for dinner/ not a pb for us) Nice staff. Receptionist Natalia contacted us in advance of our stay. Very responsive and good recommendation to rent skis. Perfect for a couple of days if not too picky.

United KingdomIt was a bit isolated from Sestriere main town. The last bus back was at 11. We hoped we could get a taxi if we wanted to stay out later but there were none. Did result in earlier nights and better skiing though!!
Absolute amazing location for lift and slopes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good price with tasty breakfast included.

Israelone night, we had a dinner at the hotel (a 3 course fixed manu). It was not a good experience. The menu that was presented to us and on which we decided to book our reservation, was inaccurate and we got meals that we did not order. Also it tasted very bad.

Francea bit far from the center of sestriere, if you want to have lots of restaurants or do some shopping, ud have to take a taxi

ItalyThe rooms need a little bit more maintenance during the low season. However, the hotel staff dealed with our requests straight away without any problems.
An excellent position for those who want to explore France and Italy. Breakfast had a good selection of savoury and sweet food to meet everybody's tastes. The evening meal was made up of four courses with excellent appetizers in particular and a traditional menu on Saturday for guests to try the local food which was delicious. The hotel also caters for guests with particular dietry requests. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
