The location, staff and room was so great! Alessia was super kind and provided us with champagne as congratulation for my husband and I being there for our honeymoon! The room was so cozy that my husband and I planned one night to eat dinner in bed and relax :) You will not regret booking here!

Fantastic location, can walk to all major attractions in 30 minutes. Very welcoming staff and a lovely breakfast. Great restaurants in the same street or you can walk to Trastevere.

No elevator to transport luggage. High staircase so very dangerous to carry up and down. I should have asked about this prior to our stay.

There is no restrooms available except for the one in the room. I was traveling with a baby so it was a little inconvenient while waiting before checking in or after checking out.

The location was fantastic. It has a balcony which overlooks the piazzo. Breakfast delivered to the room which we ate on the balcony. Room was lovely, bed was so comfortable. Jerome and the team were really lovely and made our trip special.

Can’t think of one thing

Loved it! Balcony was an awesome plus - we spent so much time sitting out enjoying Piazza Navona. More than enough space for my family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Breakfast served to you in your room - ham & cheese breakfast sandwich was a hit. Staff was amazing, Alessia was so sweet and helpful, along with Jun & my favorite guy who helped with luggage & service but didn’t catch his name. Thank you for making our first stay in Rome unforgettable.

Over our 3 night stay, there were 3 different staff members working the property and all of them went above and beyond expectations to help with everything we needed to make the stay perfect !!! We had an open line of communication from the the day we booked the property. They were always available and prompt with the information we needed. A special thank you to Alessia ! We were supposed to arrive at 5pm, but as things happen when you travel, we didn't arrive until 7pm and Alessia texted back and forth with us to reassure us that our check in would be ok at that late hour. It was very comforting to be reassured that we would not he left to fend for ourselves when we arrived in Rome !!!! We reserved the room with a personal balcony and the ability to take in the view of Piazza Navona from above was amazing while having our breakfast, which was served at the exact time we asked for, as well as enjoying a bottle of wine at night. I gave this property a 10, I wish there were higher values, because Hub Navona deserves it !!!!!!!!
