Place have a terrace for city view and its for all customers. They have elevator dont worry for stairs. Room is clean and you have wveryrhing you need.

Amazing place, we would definitely come back. The place is located in the heart of the city center. The room is very clean, well- furnished, the shared terrace has a breathtaking view both to the center of the town and Etna. Antonio was a very nice host, waited late to welcome us and gave us great advice.

Everything was great. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel for an additional fee, we were met with detailed instructions. The room is very clean. There was everything from coffee for breakfast, all utensils in the kitchen and ending with an iron and ironing board, and an umbrella for the beach. The owner of the hotel was in touch with us 24/7. I definitely recommend.

The owners Antonia and Anna are very sweet and helpful! They do all they can to make their hosts feeling good. The location of the flat is perfect, a kitchen is also at disposal for meals preparation. The roof terasse is super nice. Room very clean and well organized. Building is very secure with a lot of locked doors. Parking at disposal too for car!

Antonio and Ana are extremely responsive to any questions and very helpful with information about the area. The ensuite bathroom was excellent size and all new fittings The elevator is one attraction a part. We loved it!

The elevator was very slow and small with lightcurtain stop. Not a problem if not claustrophobic. There was also stairs but we couldnt put the light switch didnt put any lights on. Also the other outdoor was open all the time but there was three working locked doors before apartment. So it felt safe place.

The room was 10/10 but the access and route to room was challenging. The location was perfect. The shared balcony was amazing extra. The room was comfortable and there was all three towels per person, papers, shampoo and one large water bottle included. The host couple were nice and professional.

Very good location close to historical center. Nice view from terrace over the city and Etna. One of few old bulidings in this area with lift/platform. You appreciate it if you have heavy luggage.

we arrived to a tidy apartment and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The shower is big and the water is always hot. We enjoyed starting the day on the roof. We asked for a late check in and check out ,every hour we always received an answer. We had a great time and will happily return

The heating wan't good enough, and we had to ask for extra blankets in the middle of the night. On the second night we were able to get it up but even in the maximum it was still chilly. Luckily the blankets were warm.

Great location and wonderful host. He gave us a good explanation of the city from the lovely rooftop and too us from and to the airport for a good price. Very clean, and good shower.

It was a pleasure to visited Catania and lived in I 3 principi's apartment. I came with my best friend and stayed for one week. Place is cozy and clear, owner is very helpful and speaks fluently English. Was no problem with using iron, asking for second duvet, checking in late evening or leaving luggage after checked out (really appreciate because me and my friend could spend half day without taking everything with us :)) Huge advantages are: - the terrace with grill & you can see Catania from every side - full equipment kitchen - location ❤️ (located almost on the elephant's place) Apartment is on the 4th floor, but there's a lift. When I come back to Catania, I will stay in this apartment again.

The room we stayed didn’t had a big window. But the fact there is a terrace on the roof, it’s great.
