The room didn’t have any natural light. There was no fresh air coming to the room only a really bad oily smell from the hamburger place next to it.

The location was amazing. It was very close to everything. Apartment was clean and the host was very kind and always reachable.

There was no view outside from the windows or glass door to the outside. I could not make the air con work so the room remained just a little too warm. The rain shower toggle was too stiff to use and when the staff pulled it out, the flow was very disappointing (although the separate shower handset was fine). There was more noise from adjacent rooms than I'd expected but not so much that I couldn't sleep.

The locations was good and the staff were very responsive and helpful. The room was well designed and comfortable. The bed was capacious, the shower was roomy and it was nice to have a bidet. Adding a fridge and safe to a large TV made the room the best aspect of this stay.

Staff weren't very responsive before we had to check in, but they helped us with storing the luggage before the check in (there is a tiny shared lobby protected by lockpad, but it's accessible to other guests). Note that you need to pay tourist tax in cash at the end of your stay. The staff forgot to open the safe for us before our stay and never opened it even after we asked (we did not ask twice though). The cleaning staff never locked our door. Everyday we came back to a closed door that is not locked (though you can't open it easily since there is no twisting handle). The shower soaps were very smelly (depends on your personal preference) and there was no stand for personal stuff in the shower.

Spacious apartment (bedroom, bathroom and living room) with an amazing bed. This is a great place if you want/need a warm, cozy and super dark room to sleep in. They cleaned the room every single day. The room and kitchen were very well equipped. You have the full facilities to cook there. The photos of the room match the reality (you can't see in the picture but there is both a toilet and a bidet if you need one).

There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel. There is no shelf to place toiletries. There was a sewerage smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The placement of the duchess makes it difficult to walk past the bed to the bathroom

The location was excellent. Just around the corner from Piazza Navona, a 30-second walk. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious .

Difficult to organise access via messaging only. Be aware that this is not a traditional hotel as you may know it- no service desk or staff- so access and any admin has to be organised via message and key-safe lock box access.The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift so keep this in mind in case you have difficulty carrying luggage up flights of stairs.

This isn't really a hotel. It does not have a fully staffed check in desk and there is normally no one at the desk. This room is in a building that shares a main entry with other units in the building. Often, this door was either not fully closed or someone had inserted a piece of cardboard to prevent it from locking. Additionally, the door on the second floor to the apartments themselves was sometimes left open.

This was a nice, clean, centrally-located place. It had a large bed with plenty of pillows.

We stayed 3 nights. On the day next to our arrival we placed the not disturb paper on the door, because the towels and everything were still usable, on the next day we placed the paper to clean, but the towels were not changed, we just noticed after dinner when we got home, so the 3 nights we had to use the same towels with was a bit depressing, to say the least. The bathtub shower head didn't work, just the faucet. Also, the shower leaked a little bit of water to the outside, making the mat wet.

Nice location, a modern and cozy place with well-chosen decorations on all the apartment, just like the pictures. The shower is pretty cool with the LEDs on. And the bed was pretty comfortable.

The window opens on a dirty and smelly internal court. Very dark. Obtaining the original of the fiscal receipt needed for reimbursement required many iterations and coming back to the facility after checkout

The room wasn't clean good enough, the floor was dirty. The bathroom is a bit small, there is not enough space to leave the bathroom accessories, but the shower itself is very good. The bed and the duvet cover were not comfortable, the blanket was always going out.

Location is very good, but a bit loud, because of the big street nearby. The staff is amazing, I had a problem with the hairdryer and got the new one after 15 minutes I've sent an email Also there were no slippers in the room, I asked and got them the same day.

The only drawback was that you had to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the room. Not sure if it was listed on the description and I missed it - just a heads up. Still worth it :)

The location was excellent, just round the corner from Piazza Navona, and not more than 15 minutes from most attractions and Via Del Corso. It is ideal for anyone wanting to stay central and enjoy the lovely piazzas.

There were not enough glasses, only one flute and one wine glass. I didn't love that there wasn't much natural light, they had great windows and did their best to allow natural light in but our apartment was an internal one that was not street facing so I missed not having an outlook. The noise between rooms could be quite loud, and I was equally concerned that my children's giggling and making noise would disturb the neighbours. There was a cleaners cupboard in our room, which was not overly convenient, as the cleaner had to come in on two of the mornings to get supplies to service the other rooms and we hadn't left for the day and were still showering and getting ready etc.

Location was great, Bathroom facilities and master bedroom were clean and comfortable. The Host was very accomodating and sent excellent detailed video instructions for self check in and allowed us to leave our luggage securely for several hours after check out!

The only thing we weren’t so keen on but were aware of in advance was the no windows with natural light/view out of them.

We loved the location of the property, it was perfect for walking around Rome and close to all the sights. It had the most comfortable bed, was really clean, and great facilities. We particularly liked the colour changing shower light!
