How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation close to Napoli Centrale. Our host was very kind and friendly, gave us a lot of information and responded quickly to messages. Definitely recommend!

The area is not the best, really noisy and dirty but close to trainstation, the breakfast in Coffeeshop simple and a little stressful but is typical for italy
Really comfortable room with everthing, good powerful shower, all perfect clean, nice to have coffeemachine/capsule and small balcony, host really nice and helpful

In the disticth there are a lot of bums (it is normal, considering the location).
The place is very conveniently located close to the Central train station, near to metro stations and bus stops. Hosts are great, very responsive and nice, they explain us for the area around, restauants and tourist atractions.

We could not leave our luggage after the check out but I was assured this was one time case and after all it was not even a big problem for us. Hotel is great :)
We had a very pleasant stay. Nice owners, good localisation (next to main train station, direct bus from the airport and to the harbour), rooms with air conditioning, cleaned everyday, great breakfasts next to the hotel. Napoli is surprisingly ravishing and controversial place for a trip. This city has many shades. Let yourself get lost in it and start from checking in in the hotel located in the heart of the city. If I will be back (for which I hope) I'd like to stay in the same place. Also I fell in love with telecapri TV in the evenings and 50' 60' 70' movies. Check it out ! It creates vacation mood ;)

We had a great stay thank you very much! The hosts were welcoming from the start. They gave us advice throughout the stay, checked in to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything. The feeling went really well, the room was super well equipped: large television, comfortable bed, the window insulation is perfect. Everything was perfect again, many thanks. Honesty best hosts!! 😍

Amazing location (right next to the central train station and grocery store). Breakfast was good (coupon for local cafe with amazing pasteries - every day you can choose between croissant or sfogliatella and capuccino or tea), but if you stay here for many days it might get repetitive. Hosts were very nice and always availabile for recommendations or anything else. It has very"airbnb vibe" and it feels very cosy to stay here. Room was clean and everything was new.

Breakfast disappointed me the most. I was hoping that when breakfast is served in a restaurant and at certain hours there will be reserved seats for hotel guests, but the reality was that there was no place to sit down and drink coffee in peace (which we did not wait for), there was terrible chaos and no one paid attention to us. I read in the reviews here that there are even salty breakfasts - at all. Just one croissant and one cappuccino - a whole breakfast to which you have to stand in line - in the morning you want that. The room was different from the photos (was smaller). Location : I would not stay here again. Nothing happened to us, but we did not feel comfortable among junkies, etc.
We had a difficult flight with a delay, I liked the understanding and friendliness of the host.

The location itself.( but its near to the trainstation)

The building is old and currently being renovated. (The room is part of what seems like an old apartment that's been transformed into several modern rooms with its own entrance space on the second floor.) The area and building doesn’t feel particularly safe. The price for the period we visited seemed too high for the room itself - you're definitely paying to stay by the train station.
Good place to stay if you need to catch a train or the bus to the airport early in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. Andrea who let us in was very accommodating and happy to share tips about the city.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to put our things. The owners were lovely - friendly and very accommodating. We arrived in Naples in the evening, after the front desk was closed, so we had sent a message to the owners prior to our arrival and they were waiting at the hotel to let us in and get us sorted as soon as we arrived. We were given vouchers to have breakfast at a popular cafe near the hotel, which was a nice added touch to our whole stay.
