How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It is in the industry area of Savona, 25 min on foot to the city center and 15 min on foot to the sea side, and the way to the beach/city center is not attractive (highway).
The room was rather spacious for Italian hotels, but there was a bit of cigarette smell in it, but we opened the window and got rid of it. Really good breakfast with perfect coffee. Very comfortable free parking.

Nice place with an excellent choice for breakfast. It needs a fridge and kettle and tea and coffee making facilities to make it perfect. Being beside a shopping centre was great.

Some of the furniture surface was in some way ruined perhaps by water infiltration? That gave the look of a past of its prime room. There was no mold that I could detect however. The moquette on the room floor makes me always wonder about the cleanings Bad also the always on air conditioning of the centralized ac. Wonder how they can clean the long in wall ac tubatures... Some cracks in the floor of the shower.
The price of 50 eur per night. A fair price. Good personnel at the reception desk. Good breakfast. They have good heating.

On Booking.com, the hotel says that they don't charge extra for pets. The man at the desk charged us €10 each for our two small dogs, despite us showing him where it said on the website that there was no pet charge and despite the fact that his colleague even told him not to charge us! This left a bad taste in my mouth obviously.
This is a great location with free parking and free breakfast!

Breakfast: It's better to avoid the coffee machine, as even the hot water has a slight aftertaste. I highly recommend going directly to the barista. The eggs are too watery, resulting in a lack of flavor. Parking: While there is ample parking, it's best to look for a spot closer to the hotel entrance. Room: The climate control system only has two settings: on and off, with no option to adjust the temperature.
The hotel is impeccably maintained, featuring a stunning design that perfectly aligns with its 4-star rating. Plenty of parking, great location, and a grocery store very close by.

WiFi was not great, no socket beside the bed either Only one pillow each which was a bit uncomfortable And a guest brought their dog to the restaurant during breakfast
I chose this hotel based on the price point and parking as it was a one night stop on the car journey to Spain. Check in was efficient and staff really friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor easily accessed by the elevator. Although the decor was tired and dated the room itself was large, clean, comfortable and quiet . Breakfast was buffet style with a variety of sweet or savory options, coffee either from a machine or freshly made by a staff member. Overall a very pleasant over night stop

The common door with the room next this of mine.
Everything was fine inside this hotel. Modern,central with available free parking outside, located in the commercial center where possibilities of drink,food and many shopping are. Various salty and sweety breakfast at buffet.

Couldn't find the hotel as no sign showing from outside. Took us a long time to find it. Our bathroom floor stayed very wet, even when not using the shower. So our socks got wet each time using the sink or toilet.
Very nice rooms close to Conad supermart. Big free parking. Nice buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff.
