Couldn’t turn off air conditioner. Had to call reception at midnight. They said something to shut me up but the noisy fan ran all night & so did the cold air. I had to sleep with my head covered & had to wear earplugs! Very poor!

Front staff very ambivalent re service. There was a rain storm and the window in our room poured water in the corner into the room and floor soaked. When we were trying to get into the hotel from outside during the rain storm, the door would not open as the rain affected the sensor. The back up inside the hotel at the front desk where they normally could hit button to let you in did not work. I got absolutely soaked while waiting for door sensor to work. Breakfast staff (female) was rude and unfriendly. The two male attendants were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean and we had everything we needed. For the transport, we took a bus to arrive from the central train station and walked there next days. Also, the the breakfast had various types of food and was quite complete.

They didn't offer us an extra bed for the baby, they said they could only accommodate us if we bought an extra room, we didn't want to stay and canceled the reservation, but they didn't give us a refund and said because no we introduced ourselves... I've never experienced something like this at any hotel... it's unacceptable!

No Wi-Fi (one bar on the 3rd floor, asked at the reception, they wanted to check it, nothing happened), the breakfast is very basic to put it kindly (expect the sweets, they were good)

First of all the hotel is old, not renovated for more than 15 years for sure. Actually please don’t believe in the rates people give as people usually very bad hotels rate well. We have been provided room for disabled people although non of us is disabled. The carpet in the room was damaged and dirty. To mention that 99% of the hotels in Italy and Spain on the coast are expensive hotels (rooms for more than 250 euro/night) but with no basic hygiene. We are from tourist country (Croatia) where for that price you have new, nice hotels where the hygiene is at much higher level. In resume, it is not worthy in these types of hotels in Mediteranean to pay more (350-600, even 1000 euro/night) as you will be very disappointed by the ratio of price/quality. They only sell the location and dirty rooms without basic hygiene needs.

We were passing Italy coming back from Spain and we choose the hotel because it was on the middle on our trip. And have easy parking access. But that was the only positive thing.

Stained carpets and walls. Old facilities. Nothing enjoyable, it was all about function rather than form.

Would have been a good 2 star hotel, but did not meet expectations for a 4 star hotel. Friendly staff.

Condition of the sanitary is way bellow average. We booked a triple family room and payed 160+€ for a one night and found a bathroom made for disable peoples ☹️ The top cove of the toilet seat was missing and ther was no bath tub ☹️ just a hand shover hang in the wall. After a shover water all over the place and imagine with a kid of 7 years old and the barthroom is slippery way too dangerous. We immediately complaind about the situation of the room for the receptionist and her reapond and reactions was so un professional

AC wasn’t working. It’s controlled by hotel and in a 40degree heatwave the room temperate was very stuffy and hot. We complained and been told they will set the temperature lower. Went back to hotel in the evening and complained again that the room is too hot. Been asked to send an email to hotel manager !!!!!! asked for a fan at least but again NO FANS provided!!!! Terrible service !!!! No help from staff either but their reception area was cool enough to keep their staff cool but didn’t bother about their customers !!!!! Definitely will not return in summer !! As it’s a joke after driving 7 hrs and was looking foward a for a good night rest!!!!! And you will be greeted with a suffocation hot room !!!

At breakfast it was very loud, the tv is inside a cupboard, so the upper part was not visible, the remote control didn‘t work and we had to turn it very loud to hear something.

One aspect that fell below my expectations was the breakfast experience. The variety and quality of the food offered were disappointing. The options were limited and lacked the freshness and taste that I would anticipate from a hotel of this purported caliber. Another issue I encountered was with the climate control in my room. Despite attempts to adjust the temperature settings, the room remained inconsistently heated, leading to discomfort and restless nights.

The hotel's location was convenient. The staff members were friendly. The common areas of the hotel were well-maintained, visually appealing. The room I stayed in was ok furnished.

The free Wi-Fi only works for pages opened from a web-browser, none of the specialized apps work with it. This is an unpleasant surprise and quite frankly unacceptable for business travelers.

Large, fully-stocked room in a modern building. Convinient supermarket and fast-food literally out of the door. Friendly and helpful staff.
