The volunteers were super friendly so the check-in was very uncomplicated. The kitchen/dining-room has only one big table, which created a very familiar atmosphere during breakfast. The breakfast was also very good, different toasts, jams, joghurts, cereals and fresh fruits (ananas, kiwi, banana etc.). The sleeping dorm was very big and everyone has their own (also quite large) locker with the key included. There was a lot of space and single beds are most often more comfortable than bunk beds. The bathroom was very big and clean. The streets next to the hostel are filled with little restaurants, street-art and a cheerful atmosphere.

Shower curtains should be changed in my opinion,just that.

The dorms were well designed to minimise disturbance when others came in, with curtains across each bunk. The bunks also had a shelf and charging ports. The lockers were large enough to fit my 23kg suitcase

Cozy place. Female dorm is silent and spacious. Breakfast is very varied with eggs, fruits, bread, coffee, etc. Hostel is in central location. Storage room for the luggage is available. After check out I could wait for the bus at the entertaiment room, which has a bathroom and wi-fi.

The beds although they were comfortable, they were making this squeaky sound when one moved. The restrooms need to be cleaned more.

The location is within walking distance from a lot of main points in Bologna. The breakfast is good and the staff are nice.

The street next to the hostel is quite loud, I had a bed next to the window and found it very loud sometimes.

There’s only steps to the upper floor and it’s a bit far from the train station especially if you are bringing heavy luggages.

Everything is neat, clean and the vibe is welcoming and homey. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost (bread, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits and drinks). The room is spacious with quite a few bathrooms. Every bunk bed is divided by a board and has a curtain so it feels like having your own space and privacy even it’s a hostel room.

Male cleaner coming in room to strip beds when I came out of the shower - give people chance to get up and out for the day A shower mat would be great so the floor didn't get so wet. Shower plug needed cleaning - over clogged and was a cause of the shower tray flooding

Approx a 10 min walk to the main square - Piazza Maggiore The girl dorm was spacious, had big lockers, plug points and lights at bed. There is an air con unit in one half of the room, a fan in the other Bathroom is in the girl dorm which was nice - didn't have to go through into kitchen as per the dorm that is upstairs Breakfast was plentiful. Bologna not short of cafe's if it's not to your taste Internet excellent Lady on desk really friendly and helpful

Everything is perfect...Thank you for the lovely staff. I was informed that the next day I would check out earlier than 8am. The staff prepared a breakfast bag for me and put ít on the my bed with a very lovely note.

Nothing to complain about, adequately clean. Bunks with curtains with clean sheets and towel provided, not much natural light in the room but good for a few nights while out exploring the city.

Close to the city centre and within easy walking distance of many beautiful churches and buildings. Super friendly staff and a delicious fresh breakfast every day!

Clean and cozy, the staff is friendly. It's near the main square and the Bologna Centrale. Great place for a few nights in Bologna!
