Nothing , everything was top!

Silvia is an amazing host, she is very kind n helpful. The rooms are all beautifully designed n well equipped. It is super clean and the beds are really comfortable. Il Palchetto is much better than a nice hotel in Palermo. The location is very central few steps away from Teatro Massimo n main attractions in Palermo. Don’t forget to ask Silvia for Restaurant tips.

We have no criticism of this excellent B&B.

The breakfast was exceptional, with fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurt and fruit juices. The coffee was also exceptional. Silvia provides a wide selection of food for breakfast and there is a menu in your room for guests to make their choices the night before.

Only VERY MINOR point: as in Italy, would have liked breakfast coffee to be more flavoursome.

B&B situated on quite back street, centrally placed to walk to all major sites as well as seeing everyday life and vernacular buildings through squares and passageways. Only 5minutes walk from Massimino Theatre and its delightfully spacious piazza which makes an excellent point of reference. Paved streets contain and abundance of cafe- bars and trattoria. Up on the 3rd floor of unassuming apartment block Il Palchetto is a delightful oasis of calm. Thoughtfully and uniquely designed, it presents a balanced integration of contemporary decor with carefully selected artisan elements. Spotlessly clean, efficient and attentive to detail. Our host was always most helpful with a clear, calm and friendly manner.

Great room and good breakfast every morning. SILVIA was great and efficient every time. The days before we arrive to Palermo she was always in contact in order to get to the b'n'b. Good recomendations from her for places to have a lunch/dinner. A good and very safe place for staying at least 3-4 consecutive nights in Palermo. LAURA-TXOMIN (SPAIN)

The location of the B&B was very central, perfect for exploring and dining. Our host Silvia was very attentive both before and during our stay. Breakfast included in the price of the room was very nice, but maybe a bit too sweet.

Everything was amazing. The owner was very helpful and nice!!! The room is spacious, beautiful, looks like newly renovated, the view from the balcony was magical and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location is perfect, 7 minutes walking from the bus stop on the way from the Palermo airport. There are so many restaurants and cafes around. The train and bus station is 20 minutes away by walking. The breakfast was very delicious as well. We enjoyed the stay very much. Will come back!!! :)

Beautifully appointed. Very comfortable and had all the “conveniences” that make traveling simple. Quiet location. And a gracious and helpful host! Sylvia was perfect - she attended to detail and did so with warmth and creativity.

There was just sweet breakfast... it was really nice, but I missed the salties. However it's need to pay for it.

It was a brilliant design of enterior inside. The host Sylvia was fantastic. She told us a lot of information about the city and suggest better and better restaurante. The location couldn't be more perfect. She leaves a paper every day for asking you, what would you like to eat on the next morning...lovely! One of the day when we went to Etna sooo early, she packed a breakfast pocket written on our names🥰

Everything was perfect. Nothing negative.

There are no words to describe how good an experience it was to stay at IL Palchetto! If we could give a rate of 20 over 10, we would. Everything is so well thought of, it is so clean, so beautiful, Silvia the kindest, most helpful hostess. We have travelled a lot and this is truly a fantastic place to stay, a rare experience. Don't miss it. And it's in the most convenient location.

If you have the room at the front it is a little noisy but we were made aware of this.

The hospitality provided by silvia was superb. Prior to our arrival she fave us bus info from the airport with goofle maps location to find the accommodation. She also provided great recommendations of places to eat, places to visit. We had an early departure and sylvia even organised a pack up for us such a lovely extra touch🥰

Room service/cleaning only available before 11am during our stay so we ran out of toilet paper.

Excellent service and care my staff members. Breakfast was very simple but great value. Especially liked the charming design of the room and superb detail to cleanliness.

There was a lady on the Upper floor walking with high heels at anytime of the day or night,making noise. But i understand it was not the hostess fault.

Beautifully designed decor both the entrance and breakfast areas as well as the bedroom. Very quiet, even though it is located in the centre of town, within 5 mins walk of the Teatro Massimo, 15-20mins walk from the Duomo and many other of the “must see” sights. Silvia was very helpful in arranging a spot at a carpark within 5 mins walk of the property, as well as directions and access. Breakfasts were delicious and Silvia could not be more attentive to our requests. Do not be put off by the exterior to the building; once you open the door to the B&B you will be delighted by your choice of staying there.
