Room cleanliness - too many dead mosquitoes on walls. Bar staff were wayy too busy so we were not served on some occasions.

Truly excellent staff especially at the restaurant. The beach is lovely. Def will go again.

A wonderful hotel with a great breakfast, and excellent facilities. The private beach area with sunbeds and a bar was wonderful -- a place to spend the whole day. Cefalu itself is a 20 minute walk away, up and down hills. However, it was nice to be out of the tourist traffic, and in such a relaxing location. A hotel well worth recommending.

The options for gluten free breads were limited, but the variety of other gluten free products is much better than most hotels

Having to leave a 20e deposit for a beach towel - when really they should be available as needed . The cab ride into town 15e each way was a bit steep also but the local bus down at Di. After 8pm so there is no option. Tennis was available but all at 15e per hour .

The private beach, restaurant position, views and overall position . Staff were very helpful- all spoke English . Food was also great in the beach bar and restaurant

We ate at the cliffside restaurant. We ordered our food our appetizers came but then our main never came. We told the waiter but our food still didn't come. We ended up canceling our order. They did nothing to make it up to us. We were disappointed. When we checked out the next day, we informed the reception of what happened and they offered us a free drink.

The view was absolutely gorgeous. It was very peaceful and quiet. The food was good. The room was spacious and cleaned daily.

No coffee facilities in the room and no water you had to pay for it :( For $500.00 a night you expect some water that costs them 20 cents to buy . It’s the little thing that these resort hotels lack.

Staff fabulous - clean, beach beautiful - the restaurant team could not do enough for us as our daughter is gluten free and vegetarian so they adapted lots of dishes to suit her needs.

Front desk people Avoiding helping guests??! Yeah, not ok. They need training!!!! Luigi, the waiters and the beach boys were extremely nice.

Rooms a bit tired and but spotlessly clean, breakfast was fully self service (down to getting your own cutlery)

The pebble beach (with flat concrete deck) was amazing and easy to walk (20 mins) into Cefalu. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Had one dinner there which was inexpensive and good quality

Laundry services a bit high priced, but staff got things done impeccably and in short time frame. Returned 70 Euros left in pants pocket. A little far out of main town, requiring 5 min drive, but that also adds to the secluded, restful environs.

Fantastic on water access to a near exclusive cove accented by rock spires and clear waters that cool one and provide fabulous sea swim experience. Clean, nicely decorated hotel, fine large pool & pool bar, very good restaurant & views.

Room walls very thin. Could hear man snoring next door. Sheet didn’t fit and pillows could be improved. Staff could be friendlier
