How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

everything was great but for two things: - despite the description, there is basically NO parking at the hotel. Location nearby could mean no empty parking spot at all. Also nearby can easily mean 7 min by car or 10 min walk incl.over a very busy crossing. - cleanliness of towels was not 100%

Excellent position within the restaurant area and at walking distance from train station and old town. Rooms are pleasant and the staff is really kind

The place is toooo central.. In the old part of the town where access by car is restricted during certain periods of the day.. Not great if one has to drag luggage to the end of the exclusion zone if need to fly out during a restricted hour. Lift could do with an upgrade as is terribly slow... Also we ended in the attic room which meant there was a very very small window for any light to come in...Not a bad thing for an overnight stay.
Very centrally located.. Staff very well mannered and supportive.. The shower was very fancy :)

The roon we booked on the attic had a really low ceiling and it was quite difficult to function normally so avoid this option if you are tall.
Nice small hotel, with the most helpfull staff ever. Located in a quiet street and really close to the centre.

Breakfast was bad - and not worth the 7 eu. Overall, it seemed very expensive for this quality of place. A lot of noise from the place next door starting about 7 am. Room was really small.
All the staff was helpful. Everyone was easy going and friendly. Location is pretty good in the lower downtown. It was about 8 minute walk from the train station, but you probably need google map to find it on a "pedestrian" street (which has occasional cars).

The room we stayed in had scuffed walls and the shower had no doors, instead it had shower curtain which is unhygienic.
Great location, right in the middle of restaurant streets with good connections (public transport) to the beach.

For the breakfast room you have to go out and go to the restaurant part of the building wich is not a terrible thing but not a great one aswell. Few choices for breakfast like boiled eggs, some cheese, some meat, yougourt, pastries and some fruits. The coffee is very good. Overall the breakfast was ok

The reception area and hallways were very clean and nicely finished, but our bedroom was a bit sad looking with scuffed walls and could do with a fresh lick of paint. It was looking a little tired and well used. The bathroom could do with an actual glass door for the shower and not a fabric curtain which is a little unhygienic.
Breakfast was ok. Plant-based milk offered for my coffee which was delicious! Nice choice of croissants. The omelette from the 'hot station' was cold which was a bit of a shame.

For a hotel of this ranking, plastic cups in the room is not acceptable. The staff were confused when I asked for ice. Also, the reception is not staffed most of the day. The breakfast is OK but lacking in fresh fruit.
Location is great. I needed a quiet place to work and have access to downtown sites in walking distance, and this place fit the bill.

Reaching the hotel by car is complicated (even if the hotel staff tried hard to explain it).

Might need more bathroom utility like shower gel and tissues were always filled up just for that day, you never know what happens to a person!!!
Staff super friendly, big thanks to Stephania and Philippo, hospitality and any help was first class. City centre within walking distance.

I would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room. Driving and parking in the restricted zone can be tricky, but staff was able to provide directions and reserve parking near the hotel.
Very central location surrounded by restaurants and friendly and helpful staff! I had to change my reservation last minute due to flight change and they were able to transfer my reservation to a later date.

The staff. I cant remember the last time I ran into such an amazing receptionists. The lady was extremely kind, answered all of our questions, gave us recommendations. In fact we got lucky and we got a superior room free of charge (we had booked a standard one). The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is great too, everything is close. Train station js like 400 m away. I would definitely recommend this place.

we were 3 of friends and one of us has to sleep in a very small bed which I would not call a proper 90 cm bed. other than that everything was fine
The staff was exceptional, we were very satisfied with everything. I want to also highlight the house keeping staff, I have never met such a nice person ever. breakfast is good as well, very nice location - everything is close and reachable.

The air con wasn’t great it took a while to work out what to set the temperature to to make the room feel cool. No tea/coffee in the room. Step access to the hotel reception no ramp which wasn’t great as we had an infant who needed a buggy with us as well as all our luggage.
