We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely, atmospheric room. Spotlessly clean, great air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Great shower pressure too. Staff were very helpful and organised a taxi for us when checking out. Perfect location in the heart of old Matera. The small terrace area is shared but we never bumped into the other guests.

CanadaWe were so fortunate to be able to book this place. It's the best stay we had on this Italy trip. The view is stunning. Service, communications, cleanliness, breakfast...everything is exceptional. The location is also great - it's right in the centre, only a few minutes away from where we got off the Miccolis bus. I forgot my prescription glasses and the host kindly shipped it to my next destination at her own cost. We would definitely come back again!!

Great location yet in a quiet alley - stunning view - smooth check-in - comfy and clean room w/ good facilities. Despite what's mentioned in some of the other reviews we had no problem at all finding the place, Google maps points you to the correct street/alley and the street name is well mentioned on the wall, so if you do the efforts to look around it's easy to find :)
