A bit cramped, building site next door (though quiet), no or no easy access to washing machine

Nice swimming pool, warmish jacuzzi - we got an extra token for free from Giuseppe. The apt was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Air-conditioning was broken in one room over 3 days. Service-men came unannounced and were present in our apartment for at least 2 hours, which was very uncomfortable, as we wanted to have rest. If it has been announced in advance, we could have planed a trip or go to the beach etc. Be aware, a car is a must in this area.

Location isn’t that close to any amenities. 15min walk down to the beach, but bear in mind it’s quite a steep hill so not good for people with mobility issues. Easy to drive though.

We would have loved a bigger fridge as we self catered a lot.

Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and very welcoming staff. Giuseppe was great with communication and welcomed us. Mrs Angela was very helpful and answered all our questions when we were on site. Giacomina cleaned the apartment beautifully. They were all very friendly and hard working. The pool was clean and quite quiet most of the time meaning our girls often had it to themselves. We had a very relaxed stay.

Everything was perfect ! As described. Room directly to Pool. Outdoor terrace open to the Pool to have breakfast. We are sad that we could t stay any longer. Perfect for Families. Nice beaches really close by and good food.

Beautiful and spacious suite with a kitchen and with a wonderful large terrace. The suite is very tastefully decorated and well cleaned and fresh. The pool is lovely, and the host, Giuseppe, was so friendly and welcoming, giving us lots of local tips on restaurants and beaches. The building and hotel area is very well maintained, with beautiful flowers and plants. Good parking. The location is great, within walking distance from La Scala dei Turchi and the village and beach of Capo Rossello.

We, a family of three, booked an Apartment with Pool View which had listed 1 bedroom, kitchenette/living space and 1 bathroom. In reality, it’s not an Apartment but rather a small studio with a kitchenette and no living/indoor dining space. I would recommend to change the name into a studio or a room instead of an apartment as it sounds misleading. Location is fine, but has nothing nearby within walking distance, so having your own means of transportation is mandatory. As mentioned above, this is a great place if you’re a couple but perhaps not very comfortable for families especially with toddlers.

Great place for a couple to chill at the pool, visit Scala dei Turchi and enjoy beautiful beaches. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated and has friendly and polite reception.

The staff were very willing and helpful, as well as kind and understanding. They tried accomodate our needs as best as possible. The room was very clean and comfortable as well as the pool which was maintained perfectly. We had a wonderful stay.

our room had a table for 2 on the terrace but we were in 3 and so e we ended up eating on the bed which was not ideal. I’m sure if it had been in my mind when I saw the staff in the morning they would have found me a bigger table and another chair but I kept forgetting to mention it!

they have designed a very sweet holiday complex with a mix of units. The unit we stayed in was by the pool. The room was compact but worked well for our needs. The pool was lovely. The staff fantastic. The moment you arrive you feel like you are on holiday. the location is close to the beach only a short drive and you have some beautiful beaches. great restaurants in Realmonte. highly recommend this venue and location.

We like almost everything, to just say something I would say the ongoing constructions next door.

We were very nicely welcomed by the owner with all the explanations, highly appreciated. They had small details that makes the difference like welcome bottle of waters, coffee available and toiletries. The place is brand new, very clean, with small details here and there, very easy to access, well located, with nice outdoor pool area and terraces.

Although the accomodation is new, it's not that well kept: there is mold on the walls, the pool has green spots. The kitchen is also really poor. The environment is not cozy. A lot of unfinished buildings and construction sites.

No hot shower on the first night and morning. They fixed the day after. They tried to bribe us with a bottle of wine which we didn’t take. However, the aircon in the main room wasn’t working so it was very hot at night. I pointed out that one of the doors wasn’t locking, which was an issue as we have a small baby and that room was leading to a number of steps. They didn’t fix it. Finally, the cleaning person had a go at me because ‘someone’ got into the pool with their feet full of sand.
