Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

UkraineWell, imagine 4 girls in one apartment living for a week ;) My feedback: -Get more adapters for the chargers (some of them don’t work at all); -Kitchen has everything needed, but I’d buy at least one solid knife (they have small knives for bread, and the table knives for butter); -Huge balcony is amazing, but would be great to have some basic furniture in there (we took small table and those vintage heavy chairs from the living room to have a breakfast); -I’ve read a lot of comments about the bathroom. The bathtub is small. But it serves the purpose. The only thing - would be great to have the shower attached to the wall, so you don’t have to do some yoga inside of that small bathtub 😂😂
I loved the old furniture in the living room. It has that cool Italian vibe. Also the huge balcony is fantastic for breakfast and hanging out.

United StatesPlace did not have Wi-Fi, but did state that in the description. The shower was strange, and the only downside. Also there was a fair amount of construction going on outside, but did not effect our stay
The place was large clean and had a refrigerator and clothes, washer, and air conditioning and a very fair price

Czech RepublicUnfortunately there is only one air condition so at night it was kinda hot in the rooms. And also during our stay the building was constructed from the outside and we didn’t know till we arrive - but fortunately the constructors weren’t that loud.
It was really clean and very beautiful. Nice kitchen, nice rooms, big dining room… and also Ladispoli is great!

PortugalNo wifi was a bit tough, but wasn't the end of the world.
The host was very nice and accommodating and worked 50m from the apartment, so she was always available to help with anything.

SwedenThe bedrooms was hot becausa there was no AC there (and it is a lot of noice due to the location in the toan centre). The days we were there it was som.problem with the sewer in the alley below the apartment so there was a nasty smell outside (not to blame Ladispoli suite though).
A little bit outdated but fullty working apartment with large and spacious rooms and a great location. So was the outdoor space. The staff was kind and easy to get in touch with. Great AC.

Polandlittle con: very small bath - but it wasn' a big problem
Very nice and clean apartment with specious, brighten rooms, comfortable beds ( apartment with 2 bedrooms - 2 single beds + one double). Well equiped (washing machine, hairdryer, iron). Big tarrace (but without furniture, besides 2 chairs). Good contact with host. Train station is about 7 - 10 minuts by walk with trains to Rome Termini (45 minutes) and San Pietro (20 minutes). Public beach about 450m with dark sand. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Car is no needed. Ladispoli is a climatic small town. We reccomend this apartment. Thank You! :)

NetherlandsThis place is VERY noisy. The bars down the main street play music outside until 1 or 1.30 am. It's a good vibe, but not if you have to get up early the next day. It was so loud it still bothered me through my ear plugs. Don't forget this place also provides no wifi! It's in the ad, I just personally didn't see check for it, as it did not expect such places to still exist. There is a wifi password posted on the front door, but it also literally only works at the front door, no connection in the rest of the apartment. In addition, the upstairs neighbours. For days they were constantly shifting furniture, making screeching noises. It was so bad it became almost comical, what could they possibly be doing? The latest I heard them doing this was 2 am. They were not moving out, as I did not see or hear them taking anything down the stairs. Also, the shower is incredibly awkward. If you're staying in this apartment with 4 people, the bathroom floor will be getting real wet. A shower curtain would be very nice. Finally, providing some essentials would be nice. There was shampoo for 4 guests for 1 day, but for example no dishwashing soap.
Very good price and a good location, relatively close to the train station to go to Rome, and very close to the beach with nice sunsets There were also sufficient plates, pans and cutlery to do some cooking here.
