How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There is a weird smell of damp as you enter the hallway.
The location is excellent right in the heart of the city, next to restaurants & bars. Luigi the host showed us exceptional hospitality.

Its a bit dark inside, but everything is perfect and very clean!
As a female solo traveller, i felt very comfortable and safe at this appartment. Especially Luigi who was available at any time to help me with information about Brindisi, transport etc. He checked in with me daily to see if everything was ok or if i needed help, information or anything. This made me feel very supported and safe.

Very nice clean rooms.direct in the centre Luigi is an awesome host he provided us with all the local information from restaurant to things to see. From the beginning he was extremely helpful guiding us from the airport to the apartments via messages. I can recommend it easily..

I have to say, I miss plates and cutlery. This is the only one.
I have to thank you to Luigi, it was a really nice trip. He advised us where to go to restaurants. How to get to beaches. Location is grate, close to the center and the train station. The room was small but for the 4 night was ok.

There is a microwave and dishes, just a bit of a shame that there are no hotplates but for a few days it's not a problem.
the apartment is very well located, not far from the train station and the city center of Brindisi. The host Luigi is super attentive and always available to help. He gave us lots of addresses and also provided parasols. These little touches make the difference.

Everything was amazig, the bed is a bit on the softer side, for those who like a hard matress like me:)
The place is right in the center of Brindisi. Close to everything, yet located on a calm street. The train stations is only 6 min walk away. All in one, the room is very big and clean. Luigi is an amazing host, very caring and helping, always on demand, fullfilling every wish I had. I really felt like at home. Thank you for everythig! He is just an incredibly sweet person.

There is no better place to stay in Brindisi. The location is perfect for those who likes walking around ( all hotspots are minutes away) the city and also for travelling in the cities nearby ( easy to park and to pick up the highway). And the room is also very comfortable, air conditioning and some cutlery are available if you want. Another differential of the spot is Mr. Luigi, the most amazing host I have ever met. He made sure that we had anything that we need for a fantastic holiday, from local suggestions of restaurants to cities that would enhence our experience. If I go back to Brindisi, I will make sure to book this place again.

Perfect location, close to everything Brindisi has to offer. Just off the main street and minutes away from the Port area. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable with a very useful kitchenette. The host Luigi is always on hand to help .

We did not like the beaches, they were not really clean, so we enjoyed exploring the town more than the beaches.
Luigi was very friendly and at our service all the time. We enjoyed having him as our host. The bed was very comfortable.The city is very cute and the food was tasty and excellent. We had a great time and we reccomend staying at this place. People were friendly and we made some friedships.

Great apartment for a stay in Brindisi and its neighborhood! Luigi is a very nice host, always provides his help and informations. The apartment itself was clean, great located, safe and well equipped with dishes, hairdryer, television, fridge, air conditioning, lots of fresh towels and even umbrellas and a flat iron. The apartment is a bit dark, but there are enough lamps and who stays inside on vacation anyways? Absolutely recommended and would return anytime.

What a great place and wonderful owner Luigi!!! The location of the apartment is very nice, because everything you need is there: historical places, restaurants, Gelateria, entertainment for kids, sea… The apartment is clean and safe, with a big and comfortable bed. There is a good Internet and some tea and water for guests. The owner Luigi will become your very good friend, because he is such a great and caring person!!! Luigi was a wonderful host. He provided us with clear directions in advance and greeted us warmly on our arrival. He answered any queries and even came around with beach towels when we enquired about going to the beach. The room was exceptionally clean, electric shutters on the windows so nice and dark for night time. Highly recommend Semeraro Antonia, Piazza Mercato for a delicious steak, booking advisable. Fantastic location, close to EVERYTHING !

Perfectly situated for exploring Brindisi and surroundings. In centre of town, but tucked away on quiet street. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating host.
