Everythinggg was good in La Terraza. The hotel is very cozy and beautiful with a very classic tuscan style. The breakfast option that is included was delicious and very varied. The host Roberto and Victoria are very nice and friendly. Roberto helped us literally with everything. Since finding the right parking spot, until driving us in his own car the next day to pick our car so we did not have to carry the bags around. The room was perfect very classic and clean. We loved everything about this place. I want to thank Roberto to make our stay a very nice experience!!! Also the location is perfect. Very close to the main plaza and restaurants. Very recommended!!

That I didn't stay longer than 3 nights!

Roberto and Victoria are the consummate hosts! They are both so entertaining, gracious and accommodating! We stayed through Christmas, which was a plus! I would definitely book here again. The rooms were nicely appointed, and the bed comfortable. Nice breakfast. Great location, close to the main piazza, and other sights.

It was difficult to navigate to get there using GPS and avoiding the ztl zones. This could be explained more fully but the owner’s English isn’t that detailed.

There was some street noise at night when the restaurants close. It's basically a one street town! It didn't last too long..

Host and hostess were personable and very hospitable! Breakfast was very good. Host was helpful in getting us oriented to the town.

This is a special place ! The building is almost 900 years old so do not expect lifts or very modern, comfy furnishing, etc. But I guess this is part of the experience, after all, you are in Montepulciano. Those small inconveniences are fully compensated by Roberto. During our 3 weeks trip we did not meet anyone more Italian than Roberto. He will treat you like an old friend, joke with you, etc. Roberto was also very helpful. We initially had problems with locating his parking but Roberto personally drove us there and helped us with our luggage. Later on we found out the parking was just 60m away from his hotel :) We had a wonderful time in La Terrazza Di Montepulciano.

A very hilly town, difficult to find the correct parking lot. Room somewhat dated but clean and adequate.

Loved the location in beautiful Montepulciano. The owner, Roberto was gracious, enthused and made sure your stay was exceptional. He retrieved our luggage from the parking lot to our room, as it’s very steep with many stairs.

We absolutely loved our stay at la Terrazza Di montepulciano. Roberto and his wife were amazing hosts. We felt like family! Roberto arrived at the parking garage within minutes of us arriving (we don’t even know how he knew we arrived!) and drove us/our luggage in his car to the property. He told us all about montepulciano and his hotel. Once we arrived- he showed us all around his property and hotel. It was beautiful. Breakfast was also wonderful! Our room was beautiful and large. The bed was a little squeaky/not as comfortable- but I still recommend this property!

Was cold in the room The windows are in the circulated street and is noisy late in the evening.

Very clean room placed in the old city close to center. In the area are a lot of restaurants and shops. The location offer free parking close to location in a public parking. The owners are very nice and ready to help.

There wasn’t anything

We loved the hosts, Roberta and Vitoria, they were amazing and so helpful with everything. They were warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t realise that we hadn’t paid for the stay and Roberta was very understanding and patient with us. The accommodation was comfortable and generous.

If your goal is to stay in the heart of the old city, then this is in a convenient location. Unless you know the area you will never find the parking garage, park in a designated area and walk to the facility, you will be greeted by a most helpful and gregarious host Roberto, he will lead you to his parking garage. Breakfast is good. On our departure date it was raining and Roberto drove us to our car.
